When The Commies Show Up To Take Out The Gangsters

A.J. Christopher: Is the Democrat Schism Finally Here?

Liberals have a problem, and it’s the same problem they’ve had for decades. There is a steadfast refusal to call out their own side’s radicals and nutjobs. In living memory, they’ve tolerated the Occupy Wall Street movement, the rotunda takeovers, the BLM rioters, the Antifa terrorists, Islamic extremists, the Squad clown car, and every blue-haired, errant, non-binary androgyne who identifies as a gelfling one minute and Atreyu’s luck dragon the next.[…]

But has a schism finally arrived between traditional liberals and the unhinged extremists on their far left?

Maybe, maybe not. But during this primary season alone, during which several blatantly anti-American, anti-West, anti-police, and anti-capitalist candidates won in New York, Minnesota, and elsewhere, some prominent liberal voices are openly discussing leaving the party.

Bill Maher is first in most people’s minds, as he’s been speaking with increasing alarm for years now about the leftist hijacking of the Democrat party. And Sen. John Fetterman, to many conservatives’ surprise, has been refreshingly vocal about calling out the calls for violence and hatred coming from his side of the aisle.

But now James Carville is openly calling for a party schism. Most of what Carville babbles is nonsense (he said AOC is “smart”), and much of his call for a schism is a calculation to prevent losing elections. But in a recent interview, he betrayed the fact that he, too, holds a few principles that he’s unwilling to compromise on, such as respecting the American flag, supporting interracial marriages, or defending Israel’s right to exist.

Will it be enough? Again, who knows. But I can speak personally that I know liberals in my life who have voiced the same concerns as have Maher, Fetterman, and Carville. The Democrat Party they voted for their entire lives is unrecognizable from what it was even a year or two ago. A few of the liberals I know are seriously contemplating voting Republican for the first time in their lives, or else not voting at all. They’re sick of the Islamists, they’re sick of trans insanity, they’re sick of the “youth” flash mobs, they’re sick of the performative Karens, and they’re sick of the Stalinist culture of repression the Democrat Party succumbed to, in which any and all dissent is ferociously attacked as ideological treachery.

The City That Rhymes With Incompetence

What is the REAL District?

Located in the heart of Regina, Saskatchewan, the REAL District is Canada’s largest interconnected event complex and serves as the central hub for sport, business, and entertainment in the community. Spanning 100 acres, it is operated by the Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL), a not-for-profit organization.

The REAL District is the venue for most of Regina’s major events, including Canada’s Farm Show (CFS), Queen City Ex (QCX) & Canadian Western Agribition (CWA).

Oh.

Farkas Around And Find Out

How it started: Calgary city councillors have voted not to change the rules capping late-night sound levels during the Calgary Stampede, despite encouragement from the provincial government.

How it’s going.

Officials with Country Thunder Alberta announced the cancellation of the 2026 music festival on Wednesday, which was set to be held this weekend.

In a news release, officials cited “city-created safety and operational barriers” as the reason behind the decision.

“After exhaustive efforts to find a workable path forward, the organization has determined that conditions created by the City of Calgary, including active construction surrounding the festival site and new restrictive sound limitations, make it impossible to stage the event for 2026,” they said.

Go Woke, Go Broke

As the Edmonton Elks prepare for their home opener Saturday…

…team president Chris Morris says the fallout from the club’s 2021 name change remains one of the biggest obstacles in rebuilding support among fans.

Morris, who spent 14 seasons on Edmonton’s offensive line and won three Grey Cups with the club, said the franchise continues to deal with fallout from its 2021 name change.

“It was a disaster in so many ways,” Morris said of the transition from the Eskimos to the Elks.

The club changed its name after years of criticism from Inuit leaders and organizations who said the former name was offensive and outdated. The move came amid broader pressure on sports teams to abandon names viewed as racist or stereotypical. […]

“The people who had been local fans and the people who had grown to care and love and have a lot of respect for that tradition were obviously very offended,” he said.

Morris said the name change, along with the COVID-19 pandemic and the team’s struggles on the field, contributed to season-ticket sales falling from more than 20,000 to about 7,000.

I was driving to Edmonton a couple of years ago, and picked up an Alberta sports radio station broadcast recapping the career of Gizmo Williams — describing him throughout as playing for the “Elks”.

“Leader of ANTIFA Cell Members in North Texas SENTENCED TO 100 YEARS”

These are the new rules, Antifa.

Today, the Justice Department announced that eight North Texas Antifa Cell operatives were sentenced for their roles in rioting, using weapons and explosives, providing material support to terrorists, obstruction, and the attempted murder of an Alvarado police officer at the Prairieland Detention Center on July 4, 2025. This is the first sentencing of defendants affiliated with Antifa following President Donald J. Trump’s executive order designating the group as a Domestic Terrorist Organization in September 2025.

Benjamin Hanil Song, who was convicted of the attempted murder of a law enforcement officer, was sentenced to 100 years in prison. Together, the Prairieland terrorists received a combined sentence of 450 years in prison:

Maricela Rueda was sentenced to 70 years in prison;
Cameron Arnold was sentenced to 50 years in prison;
Savanna Batten was sentenced to 50 years in prison;
Zachary Evetts was sentenced to 50 years in prison;
Bradford Morris was sentenced to 50 years in prison;
Elizabeth Soto was sentenced to 50 years in prison; and
Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada was sentenced to 30 years in prison.

“The sentences handed down today make clear that Antifa terrorists who attack law enforcement and federal facilities will face swift and uncompromising justice,” said Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. “Their violent extremism has no place in our country, and the Department of Justice will continue to aggressively investigate, disrupt, and prosecute those who threaten law enforcement officers or undermine the rule of law.”

Anti-American Hatred Once Again Raises Its Ugly Head

Brady Tkachuk is an American hockey player and up until June 20th was the Captain of the Ottawa Senators. But he dared … wait for it … to play for the American Men’s Hockey Team at the recent Winter Olympics and then … even worse … look out for the best interests of himself and his family. This was simply too much for more than a few Canadian hockey fans and they let loose with a tirade of anti-American hatred against Tkachuk specifically and Americans generally. Brian Lilley explains all.

If It Weren’t For Fake Hate

Daily Wire (paywalled);

In this new indictment, the DOJ alleges that a high-level [Southern Poverty Law Center] official — the director of their “intelligence project” — was sleeping with an informant in a white supremacist group called the “National Alliance.” The group was founded by William Luther Pierce, who wrote “The Turner Diaries,” which inspired the Oklahoma City bombings.

On top of that, according to the indictment, the SPLC was funneling more than a million dollars to this particular “white supremacist,” while their “intelligence director” was sleeping with him.

Here’s an apparent picture of the intelligence director:

The New York Post reports that the SPLC official in question is “believed to be Heidi Beirich, a 58-year-old fascism expert who was the director of intelligence at [the SPLC] between 2012 and 2019.”

Think about how on-the-nose this is. The SPLC was going around saying “f*ck fascists,” and what do you know? They were f*cking fascists. And funding them too.

NY Post has lots, lots more.

Keir Starmer’s Britain

Where the foxes caper unmolested, the government packs your school lunch and they was turnin’ their lives around.

Independent MP Rupert Lowe unveiled a harrowing 219-page independent report Tuesday detailing the systematic sexual exploitation of at least 250,000 young—mostly white—British girls by predominantly Pakistani Muslim grooming gangs since the 1950s.

In a video on X, Lowe described the crimes as “pure, driven, unfettered evil.” […]

The survivor-led Rape Gang Inquiry, funded by over 20,000 public donations, compiles chilling testimonies from victims, whistleblowers, and experts. It shows documentation of coordinated networks that have been operating in at least 149 local authority districts—which equals nearly 40% of the UK—involving drugging, gang rape, trafficking, torture, blackmail via recordings, and forced pregnancies.

The inquiry says perpetrators, overwhelmingly men of Muslim (primarily Pakistani) heritage, exploited vulnerabilities in care homes and schools with complicity from police, social services, the National Health Services, and politicians fearing racism accusations. It highlights cultural and religious factors, including interpretations of Islamic doctrine enabling enmity toward non-Muslims, and criticizes post-war immigration policies for enabling the scandal.

A Restaurant Review, The Progressive Way

In which, Ms Lily Kaplan bravely mouths the conceits of her peers and educators.

And so, not knowing or caring, Ms Kaplan felt entitled to smear a local business, for likes and online clout, with a pre-emptively “unfriendly review,” in which she somehow associates the selling of tacos and carrot cake with “racism, misogyny and paedophilia,” and while describing the opening of a restaurant by two white men as representing “centuries of patriarchy,” and “such a bummer.”

As you might imagine, she’s a real charmer.

Mischief Is Important

An OMG journalist spent the past eight months undercover inside New Jersey ANTIFA

… infiltrating the private Signal chats of a group known as NJ BURN.

What we uncovered proves ANTIFA is not just an idea. It is a network of real people organizing, coordinating, and operating inside America.

Inside the group’s Signal chats, members discussed plans for port blockades, riot activity, support networks for criminal defendants, road spikes, tire-slashing of New Jersey police vehicles, and “Ukrainian-style” protest tactics. They also celebrated acts of political violence, including Charlie Kirk’s assassination and hoped that past attempts on President Trump were successful.

The same network connected to disruptive port blockades in New Jersey was also active during the unrest surrounding Delaney Hall, where activists confronted law enforcement and journalists outside the immigration detention facility.

Using names, profile photos, and digital receipts, OMG traced individuals to positions throughout some of America’s most influential organizations. Among those identified in the NJ BURN chats:

Woojin Ko – OpenAI Chat GPT Research Engineer
Belkcacem Mouffouk – T-Mobile AI Automation Expert
Zainab Tanvir – Imaging Director at Rutgers University
Amanda Marie Dominguez – Rutgers University PhD Student in Education
Aditi Rao – Princeton University Classics Graduate Student
Rev.Shannon Smythe – Princeton Theological Seminary Field Education Director
Alexyss P. – New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault Community Council Member
Jim Keady – New Jersey Democratic Candidate & Former City Councilman
Cres Vellucci – National Lawyers Guild Co-Founder & ACLU Board Member
Celine Semaan – Co-Founder, Slow Factory Labs
