My philosophy of career criminals is to give them a pat on the back for returning as a participant in a civil society and casting off the old ways. I do NOT afford them the opportunity to tell ME how to live MY life, because they have already shown that they are NOT qualified.
I, also, don’t afford such a career criminal the luxury of blaming his/her past behavior on drugs. That’s an excuse and in many cases, a by-product of who they are in total. He gets the privilege of returning to society. He DOESN’T get the opportunity to shape it.

“Human Rights Commissions” aren’t. Just like “Truth and Reconciliation Commissions” aren’t. They are frauds.
