  6. There will NEVER be a ‘Trans woman’ playing in the WLQueerBA … ever. Lest it show what a JOKE this league is. So this entire dust up over ‘Trans’ opinions by one of the League’s players is performative nonsense.

    Pack the League with men pretending to be women … then get back to me. Because it’s never gonna happen.

      1. Here’s where I remind the public that I dedicated and volunteered thousands of hours coaching my athletic daughter and her female teammates in numerous sports from age 6-18 … she was eventually captain of her college team in her chosen sport – soccer.

        I love women’s sport, and what personal life lessons it teaches our girls. To this day … my daughter is a BOSS. Never ‘bossy’ … her nickname has always been ‘smiley’ … because of her big easy smile … but she gets others to perform.

    1. The left is now trying to downplay the Trans controversy as overblown by citing the tiny fraction of actual Trans men invading women’s spaces. May I suggest to them that the WNBA is also overblown as there is only a tiny fraction of our society who give two shits about it.

    When they have abused Clark sufficiently that she retires, the league will implode. Then they can figure out how to justify the newly inflated salaries with old school attendance.

    1. BTW … in all of my youth coaching experience … including a short basketball stint … I was shocked to discover the sloppy, foul play that was tolerated at the youth level … mind you this is CYO girls basketball the supposed ‘competitive’ league in my area here.

      The coaches (mostly Asian men) taught their kids to do everything humanly possible to stop the ball, and steal the ball everywhere on the court. Literally, the games looked like girl wrestling matches most of the time … hands slapping, bodies crashing, girls knocked to the floor … a real free for all. Makes me wonder if this is a feature, not a bug of female basketball.

      My sons also played CYO basketball at the same age group … and the quality of play was superb. None of the girls foul-fest would have been tolerated for one trip up the court.

        Yeah, the WC had a handful of good games (Eng vs Mex), many, many awful games, but will mostly be remembered for the ridiculous diving, the effeminate dramatics, spotty officiating, and the Danish fans.
        Didn’t watch the final, couldn’t shive a git at that point.
        Pretentious drama, and hubris from the commentators.

        1. Simulation. There should have been a LOT more yellow cards given for diving. Love the word … simulation.

          May I suggest a new rule for FIFA. Anyone who collapses on the turf … simulating … a life-threatening, career-ending injury … they must stay off the pitch for five minutes … making their team play a man short until a sub can come on or the suddenly HEALED!! Player is allowed to return. A LOT more players will simply get up after they’re tripped.

          1. One possible way to minimize some of the shit that goes on is to have two refs on the pitch during games.

        2. The WC final was great!

          Spain outplayed the brutes in the opposing team (like a 10:1 ratio) and deservedly got the gold.

          Argentina on the other hand deserve all the shit they get because of their brutal and unsportsmanlike behaviour. (Even Messi, which disqualifies him from the the GOAT title.)
