Benny Johnson is a pundit based in Florida. While I admire the optimism in his Tweet below, I don’t share it. Fact is, just because Trudeau leaves, doesn’t mean that anything is going to change. What remains is a terrible cabal of MPs, Premiers, & others who clearly hate the Canadian people and are perfectly fine censoring their free speech and stripping away their fundamental rights.  Here is a very partial list: Chrystia Freeland  Gerald Butts  Katie Telford  John Brodhead  Catherine McKenna Marco Mendocino  Jagmeet Singh  Taleeb Noormohamed  Doug Ford  Jason Kenney and a host of others.  These “leaders” are not looking out for the best interests of Canadians.  They’re simply NOT.  But the thing is, these are not stupid people.  They are following a narrative, sticking to the same script.  They have legions of bought-and-paid-for legacy media talking heads spinning lies for them.

I predict Justin Trudeau will step down next week.

The freedom movement is growing much bigger and more popular with every day.

This is the worst political moment in Canadian history and Trudeau will be remembered as a coward and villain and on the wrong side of history

As for Canada moving forward, who knows if Pierre Poilievre or Leslyn Lewis are what we need moving forward, but it’s worth hearing them out.  There is no “saviour” anywhere.  Anyone who completely trusts ANY Canadian politician these days is a fool.  So “Trust, But Verify” seems to be the only approach moving forward.  One thing for sure though, the next Government of Canada needs to be strip ALL money for all media outlets on Day One.  The legacy media should never be parroting the views of any government, no matter what their political stripe.  #DefundTheCBC but defund every other media outlet too.
