These “leaders” are not looking out for the best interests of Canadians. They’re simply NOT. But the thing is, these are not stupid people. They are following a narrative, sticking to the same script. They have legions of bought-and-paid-for legacy media talking heads spinning lies for them.
I predict Justin Trudeau will step down next week.

As for Canada moving forward, who knows if Pierre Poilievre or Leslyn Lewis are what we need moving forward, but it’s worth hearing them out. There is no “saviour” anywhere. Anyone who completely trusts ANY Canadian politician these days is a fool. So “Trust, But Verify” seems to be the only approach moving forward. One thing for sure though, the next Government of Canada needs to be strip ALL money for all media outlets on Day One. The legacy media should never be parroting the views of any government, no matter what their political stripe. #DefundTheCBC but defund every other media outlet too.

Part of me thinks, “There’s no possible way the authorities will use violence to crack down on this” but nothing actually surprises me anymore. The futures of ALL Canadian politicians are on the line right now. Few of them strike me as very bright. Do you sense that any have the wisdom and intelligence of a Jordan Peterson, for example? So what is a trapped wolverine likely to do?
What is clear is that it’s critically important for tens of thousands of freedom loving people to keep on coming down to the area to protect the truckers. And more & more people need to do live broadcasting so that all nefarious individuals can be held accountable in courts of law in the future.
If things do go awry, I suspect it’ll occur because of agent provocateurs working for the RCMP or CSIS. I would have never believed this evenly remotely possible two years ago but desperation in weak men (and women) leads to very bad things. This is what history has taught us.

Backing them into a corner will provoke one of two responses, he will either order violence done against the protesters or will have a complete mental breakdown. If he does order violence I sincerely hope that someone in the chain of command does the right thing and arrests him instead.

Yes we’ve looked but not found any indication that he opposed the mandates etc but maybe he was wise to wait for the ripe moment. He does however speak very simply about basic fiscal objective reality that will be good to guide us through the coming economic shitstorm.
Mr. Poilievre utters comforting words to conservative ears. I would like to believe. He is, however, a career politician. He has never had to worry about missing a paycheque or meeting a payroll. Even if he actually is everything he seems, if he wins the leadership of the CONs it may amount to no more than putting lipstick on a pig. The rot within the CONs goes very deep; they are not a party or people of principles. As a party, the CONs support the fiction of human-caused climate change (and associated carbon taxation); they supported COVID lockdowns, vaccine passports, and vaccine mandates; during the last campaign they supported increased immigration, more government spending and deficits (for 10 years). There is very little daylight between the LIBs and the CONs. Fool me again…shame on me.

I can tell you that a large majority of Canadians have their TV’s on CBC all day long. This isn’t a problem of just Trudeau, or Kenney or politicians in general. This is a system that has been built up to control us. This is thousands upon thousands of bureaucrats, city councilors, mayors, and so on. They all have a financial interest in keeping the money rolling in to their coffers and pleasing their bosses.
