A groundbreaking study by Just Facts has measured the rates at which premium versions of four leading AI chatbots—namely ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Grok, and Claude—spread fictions from the political left and from the political right.
The study accomplished this by asking the AIs 100 multiple-choice questions that were designed to elicit falsehoods from opposing sides of the political spectrum. This enabled the study to measure how often the AIs spread untruths from the left and from the right.
I’m curious what is considered a fiction from “the right”.
So am I. Gab had an AI engine that Gab owner/founder Andrew Torba (who is a Christian) advertises as cutting through/avoiding all that kind of crap (especially leftwing) that other search engines promote, or at least use. I haven’t looked at it extensively but it IS worth a look. I think Gab got a bum rap early on for being racist, etc., because Torba refused to censor anybody, including white supremacists.
and dont fergit the AIs are ‘learning’ by a process of scanning 10s of thousands of old books, then shredding them.
a judged deemed to process acceptable because in shredding the hard copy original, the digital version is the only one thus copyright is maintained.
