This past weekend, at the Carnaval Miami festivities in Coral Gables’ Miracle Mile, some troubling items were spotted. It was not clear whether the young children in the bouncy castles had “unacceptable views”.
Perhaps these “symbols of hate” should be reported to the Canadian Consulate there?!? Asking for a friend.

TD in Hot Water Again
A British Columbia Human Rights complaint has been lodged against TD Bank by a man who is both a Muslim and a First Nations member:
When Sharif Bhamji, 37, completed the online portion of a Toronto Dominion Bank account application, he thought the process had gone smoothly.
That changed four days later on May 5, 2021, when he appeared in person at the TD branch near his Surrey residence to verify his identity. When he presented his Indian status card, he alleges the teller told him the ID was fake.
Isn’t this one of the same banks that froze the bank accounts of other Canadians without a court order and without an approved Emergencies Act?

Sun- Protest organizer Tamara Lich deemed risk to reoffend and denied bail in Ottawa
Lich was arrested last Thursday and charged with counselling to commit mischief. During the bail hearing, Lich promised to leave Ottawa by vehicle and give up her advocacy of the protest, saying she would need several days to make those arrangements because she does not have the required vaccine passport enabling her to fly and because her bank accounts are now frozen.
Ontario Court Justice Julie Bourgeois said in the decision that the effect on the community from the actions of the convoy were immense and that she felt Lich was obstinate and disingenuous in her responses to the court during her bail hearing on Saturday.
“I cannot be reassured that if I release you into the community that you will not reoffend,” Bourgeois said.
“Your detention is necessary for the protection and safety of the public.”

The goal wouldn’t be to encourage mass resignations; since most people look out for themselves, we shouldn’t expect many to actually resign. Rather, it would be to “get the incentives right” – to internalise the externality of advocating “diversity.” At the moment, white academics who have jobs can go along happily, waxing lyrical about “diversity,” while white academics who don’t have jobs bear the consequences. If those incumbents were pressured to resign, they might start to rethink their ideology.

Simply offer to any truck driver currently parked in Ottawa, who has not been convicted of a violent act but loses their license or insurance due to civil disobedience on Parliament Hill, the opportunity to relocate and be reinstated to drive by the Province of Saskatchewan and Saskatchewan Government Insurance.
Because mischief has never been more important than it is right now.

I answered every question except the one on racial identity: they included agreement with Covid policies, major concerns, direction the country was headed in, and was I vaccinated? (Always answer “yes” to this question if you oppose mandates, because it runs counter to the narrative).

Crack Ottawa police officers have finally made an important arrest in order to restore peace in the nation’s capital. They have apprehended the racist, Islamophobic, hatey, hateful, antisemitic, transphobic, misogynist popcorn maker of doom.
I don’t know about you, but I’m so very relieved that that horrible weapon of mass destruction is off the streets.
But Ottawa police cannot get complacent. There’s still much work to do. Because we all know that the Cotton Candy Insurrectionists are the most dangerous threat to our democracy.
