3. What this woman keeps repeating over and over without directly saying … is that white people must acknowledge and confess their inherent racism. They must acknowledge they don’t really want any black volunteer firefighters. They must confess their sins against the almighty DEIety.

   Doesn’t matter if you believe that or not. You must confess it. And then you must accommodate (illegal, unconstitutional, affirmative action) your victimized … whomever. You must repent.
