A social control test nudge.

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) in internal polling considered whether to make publicly available a blacklist of individuals who cheat on their taxes, according to a report.

“More than 1 in 3 Canadians, 35 percent, strongly agree the Canada Revenue Agency should publish a list of people found guilty of tax offences,” said a report titled “2022 CRA Annual Corporate Research Quantitative Phase” and obtained by Blacklock’s Reporter.

Why would you care if you’ve always followed the law?

Richard Kelly- Betray Back Better

The legislative bricks in the wall continue to be put into place with little if any scrutiny. Doctors are now unable to give opinions that depart from government health advice without risking de-registration. Pandemic laws born as bastard sons of parliaments suspended under state of emergency powers are now legitimised as permanent statutes, requiring only a declaration to bring them all into force once again. Digital ID’s are now compulsory for all company directors, including Mums and Dads who happen to be directors of their own superannuation funds. Ordinary citizens are surely next.

Update: The comments from Twitter are telling. Here’s but one example:

So Much For The Right To Remain Silent

Spiked- Thoughtcrime is now a reality in Britain

How did this happen? First, Vaughan-Spruce was known to be a member of a pro-life organisation. And second, she was within 150 metres of an abortion clinic, inside a so-called buffer zone. In September, Birmingham City Council introduced a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO), which makes any ‘act of approval or disapproval’ toward abortion in the surroundings of the clinic a criminal offence, on pain of a £1,000 fine. This restriction applies to any expression related to abortion services, by any method: whether by graphic, verbal or written means, prayer or counselling, or in any other way. So Vaughan-Spruce’s alleged silent prayer was apparently enough. Someone had disapproved of her presence and asked the police to get rid of her. All the ploddingly literal-minded copper needed was Vaughan-Spruce’s admission that she might have been privately communing with her god and might therefore have been illegally praying in a restricted area.

Tim Robbins Wakes Up

It took awhile but eventually Tim Robbins came to realize that something was awry with the Covid narrative.

On a personal note, I’ve done a lot of thinking recently about when I began to suspect that something was not right with what we were being told. A bellwether event for me was in early June 2020, when 1,288 Public Health “Professionals” signed their name to an open letter which argued that the George Floyd protests/riots were okay “because racism is itself a public-health issue that needs to be addressed“. More here. There were other events as well but this was a big one.

If you happen to recall what fueled your skepticism of The Narrative™, please do share.

Follow The Bouncing Liar

Vancouver Sun, Nov.20, 2022Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Sunday he has never been briefed that any candidates in the 2019 federal election may have been influenced by financing from the Chinese government.

Global News, Dec 13, 2022These CSIS investigations were summarized in memos and briefs that started in January 2022, Global reported last month, and intelligence sources said they contained an allegation that China’s Toronto consulate covertly funded an interference network that included political staffers and at least 11 election candidates. Those sources also said that this information was provided to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and several ministers.

Just Trudeau, Dec.14, 22“We have obviously been aware for a long time that foreign interference is a real thing.”

No wonder Singh is looking for an escape route.

When You Lose China

Spiked- China has tested lockdown to destruction

Now it’s finally over. China’s testing booths are being dismantled. In Beijing you will no longer need to show a negative PCR test on your smartphone to enter the supermarket, catch the bus or exercise in the park. In Shandong province you won’t need one to buy cough drops – once a marker of suspicion that your family might have Covid. Those who do catch Covid may be allowed to self-isolate at home instead of being carted to the quarantine centre. It’s unclear how complete the relaxation will be. But what is now certain is that the viral genie cannot be squeezed back into its bottle.

But wait there’s more…

China first. Given how long and how zealously Zero Covid was pursued in China, one can only conclude that President Xi and the CCP genuinely believed in their strategy. Zero Covid wasn’t a bluff to fool other nations into adopting catastrophic policies. Rather, it was expected to demonstrate the CCP’s superiority over the virus-riddled world beyond the Middle Kingdom. Xi’s conference address supports this interpretation. As does the lack of contingency planning for its failure. Let me stress, this is about the CCP and Xi, not China itself. The CCP owns this failure. Many decent Chinese doctors and scientists have long disapproved of Zero Covid, but they know it is unwise to criticise the emperor openly.

RCMP foreign interference investigators visit B.C. friendship society;

The RCMP’s Integrated National Security Enforcement Team conducted interviews at the Wenzhou Friendship Society and in the surrounding neighbourhood.

At least a half-dozen officers canvassed the area.

CBC;

The federal government awarded a contract to provide and maintain RCMP communications equipment to a company with ties to the Chinese government, Radio-Canada has learned.

The contract has security experts raising concerns about potential Chinese access to RCMP communications and data.

On October 6, 2021, the federal government awarded Sinclair Technologies a contract worth $549,637 for a radio frequency (RF) filtering system. One of the system’s purposes is to protect the RCMP’s land-based radio communications from eavesdropping.

While Sinclair Technologies is based in Ontario, the company has been controlled by Hytera Communications of Shenzen, China since 2017, when Hytera purchased Norsat International, Sinclair’s parent company.
