  1. OTT but Google is really REALLY unhappy with this website. Apparently the certificate is not right, or something. The message is “This server couldn’t prove that it’s http://www.smalldeadanimals.com; its security certificate is from smalldeadanimals.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.” I keep having to tell Google that I intend to visit this site. Microsoft Bing doesn’t like you, either.

    1. It’s across all platforms and browsers. This site did the same thing in Brave. Kate did say that some work was being done on some of the provider’s servers, and that the site would be behaving a little fidgety (can’t remember if that’s the word she used) for the time being. Perhaps this is part of that. Security certificates could unexpectedly expire depending on what work is being done to maintain the server.
Actually, if the job was done right, you’d never notice a certificate error, so either the provider is inept and incompetent, or there’s some really bad stuff happening on this particular server.
I hope they get a handle on it soon, or traffic will drop due to loss of confidence.

  2. Interesting how his wording has morphed into ‘targeted’? It wasn’t long ago that he was saying candidates were helped.

  3. “In response to a question from B.C. NDP MP Rachel Blaney, who asked why Canadians have not been informed of the names of 11 candidates allegedly targeted by China, Liberal Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly reiterated that both she and Trudeau were not provided specific information in 2022 on China’s alleged election interference, including the names of 11 candidates targeted by China, or whether China had directly funded candidates in the 2019 contest.”

Oh,so the issue dies there? Maybe you could find out and inform the House? China has been infiltrating our government agencies for decades, probably because it’s just SO easy. There are over 100,000 students from China studying in Canada every year, many stay on because they just LOVE this wonderful country, and they quickly forget their loyalty to China which was drummed into their little heads from the moment they learned to talk.
Talk about the “soft underbelly” of the West, we’re IT!

    1. In other words, Don, the eleven Toronto-area candidates were all Lieberal so the government is happy with the result.

      1. Closest they’ll ever come to ruling. This way they get to implement some of their policy in exchange for a little sucky-sucky on Blackie.

  4. One of them wouldn’t happen to be the former closest ally to former MP Gerard Kenney and former Ontario government education official and now Liberal MP, and Minister of International Trade, Export Promotion, Small Business and Economic Development Mary Ng, now would it?

Trade Minister Mary Ng broke ethics rules over contract to friend, commissioner rules

    1. Reader

Justin’s comment: She did nothing wrong. She did what Liberals normally do. If voters didn’t like this, they wouldn’t have voted for us in Mississauga-Lakshore.

  5. I’m fairly confident poliviere has people running this down. I guess we’ll see if Teflon Trudeau escapes again. I doubt mouth breathers in Toronto would stray from hair lisp but we’ll see.

  6. Not only did the dog really eat someone’s homework, but the dog was a communist spy. Even though so much is redacted, we know it at least looked foreign. So let’s set aside our partisan differences. The time has come to fight the enemy, and not because we started hating their basic dictatorship last month. We can’t waste time wondering why parts of the story sound like something a failed drama teacher made up to confuse us.

  7. It is somewhat curious to me that this is coming to light via Global News. Is it a controlled release? Is the spy community so fed up with what they know being ignored they are pushing the information out? We still don’t have clarity on the Chinese spies, I mean scientists, at the Winnipeg laboratory and their arrest. Most transparent government ever my hairy posterior
