Destroying Their Political Enemies, One by One

First they came for the truckers.  Then they came for those who donated to a legal not-for-profit.  Then they came for Ontario MPP Randy Hillier. Now they’re coming after police officers who don’t Sieg Heil to The Narrative;

“I think what you guys are doing is incredible. You’re fighting for our rights and freedoms,” Howard said in the video. “Right now, it feels we’re a little bit at war and those rights and freedoms are at stake.”

An investigation into the video was conducted by Durham police. Howard is now charged under the Police Services Act with two counts each of discreditable conduct, insubordination, and breach of confidence.

After World War 2, such brave folks like Erin Howard were rightfully deemed to be heroes.  Their bosses suffered a very different fate.

A New Anniversary to Commemorate

Here’s an insightful discussion between Brian Peckford and Bret Weinstein:

From it you’ll learn that the 40th Anniversary of the Canada Act will occur on Sunday, April 17, 2022. Given how badly Justin Trudeau has trampled all over this Act and also the Rights and Freedoms it “guaranteed” to all Canadians, the celebration of this anniversary would be a sick joke. So instead, it’s more appropriate this year to celebrate the 1st Annual Celebration of the Basic Dictatorship that Trudeau openly admires. On April 17th this year, think about wearing a Canadian flag upside down and honking whatever horns are available to you.

Better Dwelling- Canada Just Saw The Biggest Q4 For Residents Permanently Leaving Since The 1970s

Canadians are packing up and leaving at a fast rate, during a traditionally slow period. Statistics Canada (Stat Can) data shows emigration, the act of leaving permanently, jumped in 2021. The past year showed modest gains, rising to the highest level in half a decade. The fourth quarter is what sticks out though, showing a sudden acceleration. Canada saw the largest Q4 volumes of residents leaving since the 1970s.

I’m sure its all of our least productive people. h/t Ezra

“I refused to validate by my presence the facade of the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau”.

MEP Cristian Terhes of Romania refused to attend Justin Trudeau’s speech at the EU;

You can’t come and teach democracy lessons to Putin from the European Parliament when you trample with horse hooves your own citizens who are demanding that their fundamental rights be respected.

When you, a politician from the “west”, implement in your home methods of repression and the trampling of the rights of your own citizens, who demand their rights be respected, as Putin does at home, you are no better than him.

On the contrary, through the tyranny that you’re implementing you add deceit and hypocrisy, destroying liberty and “western” values.

These imposter leaders of today’s west have brought the world into the chaos we find ourselves in today, precisely because they have strayed from the values that made the “west” a free and prosperous world.

The departure of western leaders from these values (individual liberty, respect for rights and freedoms, etc.) not only made them lose their moral ascendancy, but allowed the rise of tyrants like Putin.

Between the Russian imperialist tyranny, promoted by Putin, and the neo-Marxist tyranny pretending to be progressivism promoted by the likes of Trudeau, in which people are deprived of their rights and freedoms, becoming objects of the state, I do not choose any.

Here’s What Justin Trudeau & Jagmeet Singh Authorized

This is a particularly powerful excerpt from the interview conducted earlier today of Romanian-Canadian trucker, Csaba Vizi, of what happened in the final moments before he was arrested in Ottawa:

Sadly, many Canadians seem perfectly fine with this kind of treatment of anyone they deem to have “unacceptable views”.

Good job Everyone!

Western Standard- Canada ranks in the bottom ten countries in the world on its Personal Freedom Ranking score languishing beside the likes of Lebanon, Mali, and Ukraine.

Update: Complaints in the comment section about this ranking prompted me to look a little deeper. There is indeed a discrepancy.

The Western Standard did report the ranking accurately from the website they got it from. Namely worldreview.com . That website links back to The Cato Institute’s Freedom Index Scrolling down the pdf of the report to page 21(page 27 of pdf) the personal freedom(PF) rank for Canada is #8.

Which one is correct? I don’t know for sure but I’m inclined to believe the Cato website.
