Juno News has uncovered…

…that the Canadian Institute of Osteopathic Therapy (CIOT) in Calgary, the private college that partnered with Portage College to deliver diplomas to hundreds of Indian students, has two directors tied to Pyramid eServices, a Punjabi recruitment firm whose director was arrested during a 2013 police investigation into alleged student immigration fraud.

The same firm, Pyramid eServices, marketed the Portage-branded programs in India. Some students who completed those programs have since had previously approved Post-Graduation Work Permits cancelled by the federal government.

Pyramid eServices director Bhavnoor Singh Bedi was arrested during a 2013 police raid and was named in a separate cheating case registered against the company in 2017.

As part of its activities against the waves of antisemitism online, WZO’s dedicated Department for Combating Antisemitism was presented with data and findings collected by cyber experts specializing in the field.

WZO’s technological examination of activity on the X network points to dozens, if not hundreds, of accounts with unusual characteristics. The Post independently consulted the cyber experts involved, who said they are “100% sure” the IP addresses could be traced to city hall, although it did not provide evidence establishing who controlled the accounts or whether city officials directed their activity.

Here we used canopy-penetrating LiDAR data over 4,430 km of flight to define the geographical distribution and quantity of earthworks in this region better. On the basis of both existing data and our LiDAR documentation, we show that this cultural area alone contains as many earthworks as previously estimated for the whole of Amazonia. We also propose that the total human population of the area in 100–300 ad was 1.25–3 million people. If similar results are found elsewhere in Amazonia, the total precolonial population density and its effect on the current Amazonian soil and forest structure, biodiversity and even some modelling of the global climate should be re-evaluated.

What can act fast enough is Solar Radiation Management (SRM for short). That includes any technique that reflects some incoming sunlight back into space and cools the planet, but the most promising one involves putting some reflective substance into the stratosphere.
