A decade ago my GPS tried to get me to drive across the airstrip at Summerside PEI. I was smart enough not to do it. I think the technology has gotten better since then.
I take it the workers who built the road were not union workers? See that’s what happens to scabs in the glorious Soviet Republic. Kids have no idea how to navigate without their goddammed phones. There are neat apps though, to guide you through some tight places. Tried some in Japan and I have to say they are very helpful. But the brain needs to be engaged and screwing around with those apps while driving leads to stupid outcomes. A guy I know had some Dutch friends over one time. They wanted to ride horses from Ottawa to Edmonton. Or something like that. They had no frikkin idea.
They can be replaced with Ethical Indians. Dot.
