The Wrap Up Smear Extortion Campaign

Here is an overview of what’s really going on with Trump:

On June 22nd, 2017 Nancy Pelosi explains a common tactic used by the deep state, the ‘Wrap Up Smear.’

“It’s a diversionary tactic. It’s a self-fulfilling premise. We call it the wrap-up smear. You smear somebody with falsehoods and all the rest and then you merchandise it. And then you write it and they’ll say see.. it’s reported in the press. They have that validation that the press reported that smear. Now I’m going to merchandise the press’ report on the smear that we made. It’s a tactic and it’s self-evident.”

In 2018, Trump calls the Stormy Daniels story just another witch hunt in the never-ending attempt to bring him down. The country was becoming energy independent, free from globalism, and the media did everything in its power to psyop the people into hating him. It’s just so obvious that he’s been over the target this entire time. No President has gone through more persecution than Donald Trump and you have to ask yourself why?

Monday On Turtle Island

Woke Britain:  Rapist fights deportation.  Making women wage slaves.

China’s America:  Knee to the grindstone.  The war by women.  A Fauci story.  China hires the Biden administration.  The deep thoughts of Kamala Harris.  Your morning meme.

China’s Canada:  Justin orders his CBC to distract from the influence scandal, by ranting about anti-Asian racism.  Canadians want more information on Chinese interference.  The new holiday.

Today In Islam:  Diversity in France (Jihad Watch).  Don’t upset the Muslims in Malaysia (Jihad Watch).

Trudeau’s Canada

It has become obvious that the Woke Elites in Canada have a hatred for Christians. People around the world are noticing.

It would be fascinating for a Christian to bring a Muslim friend to one of these protests and document the Muslim being tossed out and charged. Or would the authorities completely cower?

Update: The Twitter posts of Calgary’s she/her mayor are very telling. The fact that Danielle Smith seems fine with all of this is also very telling.

Tax me harder

Rather than reconsider the usefulness of skyrocketing borrowing for Covid stimulus, overpriced pipelines, battery plant subsidies and a war in the Ukraine, among many other programs, the federal government seems intent on making sure that productive individuals pay far more tax than they already do.

If these measures don’t trigger a recession, nothing will.

If enacted, this could bring the top combined marginal tax rate, once provincial tax is factored in, to approximately 56 per cent in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia, and to 57 per cent in Newfoundland and Labrador.

New Mexico doesn’t want spent nuclear fuel

There’s a lot of talk about nuclear these days, but not so much about what to do with the spent fuel. Both Canada and the US still haven’t built final, permanent repositories. And New Mexico, it turns out, doesn’t want to be home to one.

By the way, there’s still a lot of potential with spent fuel. It can be reprocessed and used again in special reactors. Some people don’t think it’s that big of a problem, because with reprocessing, you can use it again and again.

Sunday On Turtle Island

Woke Britain:  Patriarchal obsession.  And 100 genders.

Today In Islam:  Diversity in Austria (Jihad Watch).  Diversity in Switzerland (Jihad Watch).

China’s Canada:  Canadian general sues Trudeau.  Herr Trudeau looks for leakers.  A Pastor in Alberta.  The northern border.

China’s America:  The explanatory power of class.  There will be no soft landing.  The Biden crime family.  Old Joe tries to be funny.  Covid to SVB and beyond.  The Trump arrest.  Your morning meme.

Pervert News:  A book event.  And changing children’s gender.

House of Cards

When even the leftist corporate media starts to pick up on the perilous state of the banking system, you know things are going to get a lot worse. This is what zero percent interest rates get you combined with government sanctioned accounting tricks that let you invent whatever asset valuations suit you.

For a glimpse at why the recent banking mayhem might be far from over, consider two numbers.

Total capital buffer in the U.S. banking system: $2.2 trillion.

Total unrealized losses in the system, as calculated in a pair of recent academic papers: between $1.7 trillion and $2 trillion.

In other words, if banks were suddenly forced to liquidate their bond and loan portfolios, the losses would erase between 77 percent and 91 percent of their combined capital cushion. It follows that large numbers of banks are terrifyingly fragile.
