One of the key tenets of multiculturalism is to never, ever criticize another culture because, as its supporters would tell you, it’s not appropriate to judge another culture which you clearly don’t fully understand. Here’s how Mark Steyn explains it.
When you read this story remember that the Multi-Cultists are not upset by it at all. In their minds, to be disturbed would mean you were judging.

I mean, once Islam arrives on western shores, it becomes all moderated and everything;
A reporter for The Guardian was confronted by “around 20 Asian youths” when he tried to take photos of the flag. When the reporter asked if it was a in fact an ISIL flag, one man responded, “It is just the flag of Allah,” while another said, “so what if it is?”
Yeah, so what if it is?
Are we still a member of this thing?

United States Army major general was killed on Tuesday by an Afghan soldier, shot at close range at a military training academy on the outskirts of Kabul, an official of the American-led coalition and Afghan media reported Tuesday. The officer was the highest-ranking member of the American military to die in hostilities in the Afghanistan war.
The coalition official, who spoke on condition of anonymity and would not release the name of the major general, said an unspecified number of other service members of the American-led coalition and Afghan soldiers, including a senior Afghan commander were also shot. Their conditions were not known.

Analyses of the casualties listed in the daily reports published by the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, a Gaza-based organization operating under Hamas rule, indicate that young males ages 17 to 30 make up a large portion of the fatalities, and a particularly noticeable spike occurs between males ages 21 to 27, a pattern consistent with the age distribution typically found among combatants and military conscripts. Palestinian sources attempt to conceal this discrepancy with their public message by labeling most of these young men as civilians.
Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird is in hot water with the moral equivalency crowd. Some of the comments on the article provide a glimpse into how confused Modern Leftism has become, equating Hamas to Israel, America, Canada, etc.:
“Terrorist” is just a modern propaganda term for “resistance fighter” or “patriot”. Had the term been invented in the 18th century, the leaders of the French Revolution and the Boston Tea Party would have been labeled “terrorists”.
So says someone living on stolen First Nation land. From European ranks come a long line of thieves and killers of indigenous peoples.
Baird has no idea what Canadians think, feel or want their government to do. Him and Harper speaking for very few Canadians when it comes to the mess in the Middle East and his gratuitous “We mourn the loss in Gaza” but we fully support it is unbelievably insensitive and unqualified. Canada we have a rogue government, a government that came to power under the in and out scandal and should never have been allowed to remain the government of this country once they admitted to cheating in the 2006 elections. They need to be gone and the sooner the better. They have no clue of how to make things better but they have no problem with making them worse wherever they are.
Mr Baird’s comments are completely detached from reality and from the values shared by every single person I know. On my Twitter, I am sick of seeing bodies of Gazan families, especially the dead kids. Cheering on Israel’s ongoing massacre of an all-but-defenseless peoples is truly disgusting.

Paula Krasiun-Winsel is a young woman in Regina and one of two co-chairs of Canada’s Young New Democrats. Her Twitter feed reveals her to be very pro-Palestinian. It is unclear to what degree she was involved in writing this editorial from the “New Democratic Youth of Canada” but her views on Twitter seem to echo the same sentiments.
While one can charitably assume that Ms. Krasiun-Winsel’s heart is in the right place, she appears to be very guilty of “First Stage Thinking”, so emblematic of all Leftists. What she doesn’t realize now, and probably never will, is that her views will ensure that fighting between Israeli and Hamas goes on forever. Douglas Murray, columnist for The Spectator, explains why in this podcast discussion with James Delingpole.
