The tunnels seem to be a big problem. Time for some horizontal drilling technology from the present and some Barnes Wallace earthquake bomb type explosions on a regular basis along the border.

Yeah, I figure the acetylene/oxygen thing should work…..actually a big fan behind a big version of a carburetor hooked up to a gasoline tanker has merit….I used to use that successfully on groundhogs.
