An investigation was launched in early 2016 into the land holdings of several Buddhist-related organizations under section 15 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act. According to IRAC’s response to legislators, a consultant prepared both an initial and a supplementary report and provided those documents to the investigating officers on a privileged basis. But for reasons not explained by IRAC, the Commission’s investigating officers did not ultimately produce a report, no hearing was held, and no order was issued determining whether the parties under investigation did or did not violate the Act.

The revelations have shocked legislators and residents who for years believed the province had quietly completed — and withheld — the 2018 report. Instead, the correspondence shows that the probe was effectively abandoned without explanation.

What is wrong with these people? Well, plenty. They are so overwhelmed with hate, for Trump and evidently for each other, that they can’t see straight or think rationally.

Spain’s grid operator warned that a resurgence in sharp voltage swings threatens to disrupt the country’s power supply less than six months after it suffered the most severe outage in Europe in decades.

Red Electrica requested urgent changes to its operating procedures to better manage voltage in its system, according to a document published by the regulator. The company said the challenges are being caused by abrupt changes in scheduled production, particularly from renewable power plants.

It’s a sign that while investigators have called the events of that blackout unprecedented, the conditions that led to it may be a persistent problem for the stability of Spain’s power network. Spain has been a leader in deployment of renewables and its grid stresses will be closely watched by grid operators across Europe who seek to rapidly decarbonize their grids without jeopardizing reliability.

Because of the EO and Title IX (federal law), there shouldn’t be or ever have been a single male athlete participating in girls’ scholastic sports in the United States, but we all know that’s not going to happen anytime soon.

Here’s a recap of the boys who participated during the 2024-2025 season by sport as we move into the 2025-2026 season.

Jacques has previously participated in track and field where he won a state championship title in the high jump as a sophomore. A female athlete is benched due to Jacques’ participation. It has also been revealed that Jacques’ father was previously arrested for child pornography.
