Mask Formation Psychosis

The absolute best way to persuade someone over to your side in an argument, checks notes, is to call them a “sociopath”.

Globe and Mail- It’s that time of year – time to get the masks out

Suppose someone told you that a terrible thing was happening: something that was having a devastating impact on sick children – as well as the elderly, medically vulnerable people and medical staff, and could, really, have a severe effect on any of us. But that you could make a little shift in your life, the tiniest change in your behaviour, that could alleviate the suffering and a looming catastrophe. Would you do it?

Of course you would, because you are not a sociopath.

The Inanity of Masking

I recently spent two weeks back in the San Francisco Bay Area. It was really nice to see my many friends there but the Community Mask Quotient (CMQ) is still way too high for my comfort level. It’s clearly a sign IMO that people are psychologically unwell. If you think that people walking alone outdoors or driving alone in their cars with masks & gloves on is a sign of strong mental health, then you probably are in the same camp as Christine h/t Larry.

On Saturday, on my drive northeast out of San Francisco (SF), I ended up talking with a longtime friend in Vancouver. He gave me his take on the state of things there and I shared my observations about SF. He shared how his son witnessed the recent death of a student at Point Grey High School. This is not being reported by the legacy media but the Grade 11 boy had a massive seizure and could not be revived. He added that “everyone is being very respectful by not asking questions”. I have a very different take on “why” people are not asking questions. Suffice to say, it involves a certain jab.

My friend is pretty middle-of-the-road politically and has long been focused on finding middle-of-the-road solutions. I’m not against this approach generally but do take a hard line on masking. It’s November 2022, not April 2020. How much longer are we, as a society, going to continue on with this Covid Theatre, especially given that the Danish Mask Study and the Bangladesh Mask Study strongly indicate that masking has had little to no effect. Plus, all of the masks-forever proponents completely ignore the massive damage masks have done to the learning abilities of children, as well as the general social fracturing they have contributed to. IMO masking needs to end and those of us with even a modicum of common sense need to set an example … as I did throughout my stay in SF.

So my friend’s insistence to find middle ground, followed by “what’s the harm of children masking in school every day?”, had us in a major disagreement, as I’ve outlined above. Masking of children must end. Period. That is not a “far right” stance.

As coincidences have it, this morning’s episode of their thrice weekly podcast, had Dr. Drew Pinsky & Adam Carolla discussing the topic. Pinsky referenced Dr. Vinay Prasad, who shared his thoughts on a very flawed recent study.

…our CEO said, “Get it done before the end of the year,” I said, “This is crazy!”

Nature- COVID vaccines: “We flew the aeroplane while we were still building it”

All the bureaucracy fell away. We were doing things in parallel, looking at data and doing the manufacturing. Usually, manufacturing doesn’t get involved until years into a programme. I remember those calls with my manufacturing colleagues; I said, “We have four different constructs, get all four ready.” Then later we narrowed it down. We threw a lot away that wasn’t working, but we always had other things already at scale to take forward.

Hey Canadian Sheep, Start Wearing Masks In Your Homes!

When you went to sleep last night, were you wearing a mask? If not, you’re a bad person.
Today, when you get in your car, will you be wearing a mask? If not, you’re a bad person.

This is the mentality of Canada’s incompetent diversity hire, Dr. Theresa Tam, who insists that everyone should be wearing masks indoors.

Thought experiment: Do you think Justin Trudeau and Chrystia Freeland will be following this guidance? Of course not, because they are wolves, not sheep.

Become a sheepdog, think for yourself, and protect your loved ones against the wolves.

Interesting aside: This report comes to you from She/Her Megan DeLaire.

An Explanation for the Vaccine For Children madness?

Given that children have statistically 0.00% chance of dying from Covid, it appears to make zero sense why there is such a huge push by the usual suspects for children to have mandatory Covid vaccines.  Until now.

According to Dr. Drew Pinsky, on a recent podcast, if the Covid vaccines get added to the mandatory vaccination regimen, then the pharmaceutical companies will escape all liability from lawsuits.

I can’t find a second source for this.  The only thing I’ve found so far is this Standards of Responsibility law.

Definitely tapping into the collective research capabilities of SDA readers.  If you find something related, please share.

It’s Not About The Virus

The Spectator- Zero-Covid is the new one-child policy

Like China’s cruel and crude attempt at population control, zero-Covid has become an industry in itself with its own enormous bureaucracy and army of zealous enforcers, whose work is a measure of loyalty to the party and its leader. As with one-child, abuse has become routine, and voices warning of the obvious economic damage are suppressed or ignored. The one-child policy sought to control women’s bodies, zero-Covid is about broader social control. Both seek to tightly constrain the way people live their lives. Like one-child, zero-Covid has developed a political logic of its own, divorced from its original purpose of protecting health – a Frankenstein monster of a policy.

Daily Mail- America WILL still demand proof of Covid vaccination to enter the country in 2023

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has extended the rule, which only applies to non-US citizens, until at least January 8 next year to ‘limit the risk of Covid-19, including variants of the virus’.

Most major Western nations such as the UK, France and Germany, have already dropped these types of recommendations. The countries still requiring Covid vaccination to enter are: China, Angola, Libya, Ghana, Cameroon, Liberia, Yemen, Indonesia, Pakistan, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.

The Biden Administration and CDC dropped the requirement for international travelers to the US to provide a negative Covid test in June, but will not budge on the need for Covid shots. This means vaccinated people can fly even if they are testing positive for the virus.
