  1. Code cracked: “Big Overhead Projector Lobby” = Illuminati. Another great informative video by Dr. Campbell. It’s nice to know that all that Vit D3 I took over the last 3 years was doing me a lot of good.

Same for my wife and me.
      5000 IU daily w/Vit K & Vit C w/ Zn

Nadda for near 3 yrs now.
      I’m 70
      She’s 64.

      1. Steakman, I m a tad older but the daily d,c, z, has been part of my daily routine, not quite as much d but a similar result.

  2. I have taken this vitamin D3 for years and it seems to work against many viruses as Doctor Campbell notes. When we are lucky enough to get some sunshine with a vacay in the winter we lather sun cream on, go figure.

  3. One of the problems he highlights is the dependency on pharmaceutical companies to run clinical trials. They are rewarded for doing this by being able to patent the drug of the day and charge obscene prices for it – usually forcing it’s use by neglecting to manufacture prior drugs.

In the UK and Canada, there are health services which should fund these studies. They are scared off by the astronomical costs claimed by the pharma. companies to do so, which forms the basis of the excuse to charge obscene amounts of money for their new drugs.

  4. I caught Covid a year ago. I immediately had pain in the inside of my elbows and into my forearm muscles. This persisted well after the Covid was gone. For months I had no grip strength, when I would use tarp straps on a load I would have to pace it really slow. I could easily fatigue my forearms within minutes. They wouldn’t be sore, they would be *on fire*. If it got to this point, my hands would let go at any time. Very bad when you are on top of a flatbed trailer 6 feet off the ground and there’s little place to put your feet. Each time I would push my forearms to the point where they would be on fire, the next time my forearms would be even weaker.

I also had a blood tests a few months after covid. My creatine was 2x or 3x the “high”. My body was cannibalizing my forearm muscles. It slowly got better, but about 6 months after I caught covid, a doctor suggested vitamin D at high dose. 10,000 units a day.

It flat out worked. Within a few days I could keep going with my hands. The grip strength was still weak, but the forearm muscles wouldn’t be on fire within minutes any more. I could work at a decent pace.

I’ve read that this is fairly common but I had a bad case. I’ve also read out of medical reports that the leading theory is microclotting that doesn’t disappate after the Covid clears.

    1. The data on vitamin D was already well known back then. 10000UI are a common dose these days. What threw you off the scent? I caught Covid and had worse colds.

See what happens when you’re the Baghdad Bob of vaccines and lockdowns?

  5. I went out of my way to suntan this year.. Lawn chair, headphones and a cold beer or seven.. Covid never stood a chance..

  6. I’ve been taking D3 & K2 Mk7 for years, along with magnesium, zinc, vit B100 complex, vit C, Vit E, omega 3 fish oil. 68 years old, very rarely get a cold. Never had the seasonal flu, injuries always heal quickly. No covid vax for me. Weight is good, all the blood work is good, blood pressure in the optimal range, lots of energy and get lots of physically demanding work done. My genetics must have been good and I’m thankful for that.
