Let’s Go Brandon

The unjabbed are verboten.

Daily Mail- America WILL still demand proof of Covid vaccination to enter the country in 2023

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has extended the rule, which only applies to non-US citizens, until at least January 8 next year to ‘limit the risk of Covid-19, including variants of the virus’.

Most major Western nations such as the UK, France and Germany, have already dropped these types of recommendations. The countries still requiring Covid vaccination to enter are: China, Angola, Libya, Ghana, Cameroon, Liberia, Yemen, Indonesia, Pakistan, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.

The Biden Administration and CDC dropped the requirement for international travelers to the US to provide a negative Covid test in June, but will not budge on the need for Covid shots. This means vaccinated people can fly even if they are testing positive for the virus.

  1. Tried to cross into Montana a few weeks ago, and was turned back. The officer took our passports inside, and had them there for 15 minutes or so, then escorted us around and out. Warned us not to try another border crossing.
Well, if you are not on a gov’t list of some kind, you are not trying hard enough.
Could have asked about the thousands per week crossing the southern border, but did not see the point.
Notice the great company the US has placed themselves in. Yep, the true Beacons of Democracy. The kind that must be defended on Tuesday.

    1. Which port gave you the grief?
We crossed and didn’t have any issues.
Jab status didn’t even come up.

      1. My understanding is that, while remaining officially restricted, guards at border crossings these days rarely ask for vaxpasses, although it does happen depending on the guard and the border checkpoint.

But if flying in, you will be asked.

        1. Different day, different answer.
I live in Montana. A guy I knew was doing renovation work for a customer nearby who is Canadian, and owns the property here.
The customer wanted to come her during the summer, so drove his vehicle. He is not vaccinated, but has an exemption with paperwork. They refused to let him cross, so he had to drive all the way back to Edmonton. He figured that he had flown without trouble before, so would do that. He had his vehicle shipped to Great Falls, flew to Great Falls, then retrieved his vehicle and drove here (near Kalispell).

      2. Didn’t work for me this summer either… I know I’m flagged for sure. If you’ve tried once and been rejected, don’t try again or you’re in a much bigger mess. If you made it, great… I’m happy for you, but keep it to yourself and don’t tell the world about it, just enjoy it. There was media coverage of an individual that made it this spring, and that ruined the process for everyone at that particular crossing. Don’t shine a light where there doesn’t need to be one. The CDN side is in total cahoots with the US side… ask me how I know.

I used to be a frequent crosser for business… 15X per year for a decade+, twice in 2021 before the rule came in and now that is zero… think that hasn’t gone unnoticed or unflagged? A casual traveler, once or twice a year has a much better chance of making it than regular traveler because it fits your normal pattern. So… I’m off to Europe next week… no issues… did Australia a month ago… no issues.

    2. Hey, I was refused entry through Montana 15 years ago…so you’re in good company(???) lol

Things I remember about the episode, among the three entities trying to get into the States at the time (not as a tourist but on a TN temp free-trade work visa already with a US job), my USA-made Ford truck, my dog, and myself, the US border authorities would only permit my dog to remain. The Boobus Americanus border agent asked me, deadly seriously, whether I was “a mathamishun” (mathematician). The red carpet was meanwhile being rolled out for a family of six Indians with a dot, dressed like Trudeau Junior on holiday, and betraying no evidence of the ability to speak English, or even American. After I was retina-scanned and finger printed and sent packing with a warning never to re-enter the US or there would be “unpleasant consequences”, (for the simple reason that I had been refused entry and therefore considered undesirable), I had to re-enter Canada and explain in their office why I had been sent back from the US (both sides constantly keep each other informed about what’s going on). I told them “apparently had I been a mathamishun they would have let me in”. The good thing about governments is they are generally completely incompetent, so I have been going to the US (pre-Covid) many times with no problem. I was told later by knowledgeable travellers that the Sweetgrass Montana border is the very worst in the country. Unless you’re a Indian with a dot, I guess.

      1. I had to re-enter Canada and explain in their office why I had been sent back from the US…
Oh yeah, that happened to me once. Good times.

    3. Some of the border agents are real jerks.

Years ago I was flying to the US. US border guy. “Have you ever been to St Georges?”

      Me, “Where’s that?”

US agent in a real snotty voice, “I’ll ask the questions”

Me. “I don’t recall ever being in St Georges”

US agent. “It’s a simple question. Why are you being evasive? Have you been to St Georges?”

Me “I understand lying to a U.S. federal agent is a crime. I don’t know if on my trips to the US, if I’ve ever driven through any place called St Georges”

US agent. “Have you ever lived in the US?

      Me “Yes”.

US agent getting really steamed, “ Where in the US?

      Me “California”

US agent “What were you doing in California”

      Me “Well my dad”

US agent interjects yelling, “Stop. I didn’t ask about your dad, smart ass. I asked what YOU were doing in the US

Me. “I was attending Kindergarten and grade one”

Five minutes later. He let me go. Then another agent pulled me aside for additional questioning.

  2. Unless you come in via the Mexican border in which case every kind of malady, including socialism, is acceptable.

  3. I was planning to spend a week in Florida this January, and was astonished to discover that the US still restricts against those sensible enough not to take the jab.

Instead, my wife and I will probably spend some extra time in London next summer.

  4. The only border crossing I ever had problems with was going from US into Canada.
I was working on a job in Canada for a few months. I needed a temporary work permit, being dual US/UK citizen it turned out to be much easier to get the permit based upon my UK passport. Worked like a charm.

It became obvious that I was going to have to spend a bit longer than foreseen on this project, so on the next trip into Canada I asked the immigration officer if there was anyone there I could see about getting it extended. “No problem!” he said, as he scribbled out the expiration date and wrote in a new one. I asked if that was ok, because I could have done that myself. He assured me that it was a standard way of dealing with small changes.

As you can guess, on the next trip, the immigration office didn’t like it one bit. He said an official change would have a stamp on it. He hauled me off to one side, and left me sitting on a bench waiting for ??? (the firing squad to assemble?). About 15 minutes later, a woman was walking past, she actually walked past, then turned back and asked me what I was doing. I explained. She took my passport and took me into her office. “So he wants a stamp does he?” she said, reached into her draw and pulled out a selection of stamps. The applied three of them around and over the changed date. Then escorted me out of the immigration area.

  5. Notice the date of Jan 8th.
Prezzy Grampers has been able to prolong these prohibitions unimpeded thanks to his lapdogs in Congress and the senate not objecting. That’s coming to an end.
Any orders going forward will be subject to the GOP House and Senate. Fun times coming for lame duck Dementia Joe

    1. It’s been flyover country for me since 2011. I can’t be bothered to vacation in the US anymore when there are a lot safer, warmer, nicer places in the Caribbean.

    2. It already is for a lot of people. I had kids going to school in Canada and we did everything we could to avoid even transiting through the US because it was such a hassle.

  6. Note that the Daily Mail piece is incorrect when it says “even US citizens returning home.” That’s not true and never has been. At most, US citizens like me had to get a rapid antigen test within x number of hours of landing in the US, but even that hasn’t been true for quite some time now.

  7. Meanwhile in Canuckistan;
Plane to Amsterdam, no masks required.
No ask for vax status at EU border control, just one entry stamp in passport.
Return from Spain, mask on 2.5 hr flight to Amsterdam.
One border control stamp on exit.
    Mask on flight to Canuckistan.
Public transit in Italy, Spain mask on.
Best part? No ArriveCan app on return.

  8. I hope this changes soon. (unvaxxed) … I need my desert time, and the pocket desert at Osoyoos just doesn’t cut it.

  9. The idiots in charge of my country are more entrenched and skilled in the money game.
Couldn’t go to Victoria again, 14 day hideout was stupid, so stayed home.
Big pharma is pumping huge money down here and reaping the profits.
The government sponsored fear porn is non stop.

  10. I think this has more to do with the US not wanting Canadians to flee from Justin the f@g en masse.

The jab is merely a pretext.

  11. October 24. Attempted to cross from MB to ND. Turned away due unvaxxed. But departed with a “Notice of Refusal” from the US Department of Homeland Security. US Border Patrol was very sympathetic and even told us it was crazy that 200K+ illegals a month were coming across the Southern border, yet un vaxxed Canadians were banned. They agreed that this is not a US thing, it was another Turdeau thing to coerce Canadians to take the experimental, approved for emergency use only, gene therapy.

  12. Now that we know the vaxes do not stop the spread of Covid it is obvious something else is driving this.

    1. It was planned. They did a trial run.. The martial-law like covid dictates amount to a social control experiment to see how hard they can drive us into the the cattle squeeze. The game goes on. Now these diabolical agents are weaponizing food with sanctions on fertilizer on top of the high energy costs.
