Multi-Culturalism Comes Of Age
Tristan Hopper: “Objectivity” and “worship of the written word” are being taught to Canadian diplomats as markers of “white supremacy”
Through a freedom of information request, the Toronto Sun recently obtained one of the results of this new push: The official antiracist training materials for Global Affairs Canada. The literature is markedly different than Canada’s official antiracism training of only a few years ago, which stressed tolerance and accommodation for an increasingly multicultural workplace. These new course materials explicitly cite as their inspiration “critical race theory,” a growing movement which posits that Western society is immutably tainted by white supremacy, and must be confronted and managed by conscious “antiracist” thinking and policies.[…]
Unlike the anti-discrimination movements of the past — which sought only equal opportunity untainted by prejudice — critical race theorists hold that government and society is so immutably slanted towards white people that ignoring race is itself an act of white supremacy designed to maintain an inequitable status quo. Or, as a protest sign included in the Global Affairs materials put it, “if you aren’t an antiracist, you are complicit.”
Promoted by public intellectuals such as Robin DiAngelo or Ibram X. Kendi, it’s an approach that in recent years has found its way into the highest echelons of power in the United States, and now features in mandatory training for tens of thousands of U.S. bureaucrats and corporate employees. And now, it’s required training for Canada’s diplomats. Below, a taste of what antiracism training looks like at the sharp end for Government of Canada employees.
Official multi-culturalism is the modern Marxist strategy to replace the citizens who refused to vote for them. They changed out class structure with race and identity to create social discontent and leverage a newly minted, perpetual “victim class” for permanent power.
Case in point: “Climate change is racism is indigenous rights is infrastructure – it’s all bad, give me power.”
The went from ‘Everything White Is Bad’ to ‘Everything Bad Is White’ so fast we didn’t even notice.
Zip Ties, Anyone?
The air leaves the balloon.
The prospect of dozens of Jan. 6 rioters cutting deals for minor sentences could be hard to explain for the Biden administration, which has characterized the Capitol Hill mob as a uniquely dangerous threat. Before assuming office, Biden said the rioters’ attempt to overturn the election results by force “borders on sedition”; Attorney General Merrick Garland has called the prosecutions his top early priority, describing the storming of Congress as “a heinous attack that sought to disrupt a cornerstone of our democracy, the peaceful transfer of power to a newly elected government.”
Justice Department prosecutors sent expectations sky-high in early statements and court filings, describing elaborate plots to murder lawmakers — descriptions prosecutors have tempered as new details emerged.[…]
There are also sensitive issues about precedent for the future, given the frequency of politically inspired demonstrations on Capitol Hill that run afoul of the law.
While violent assaults in the Capitol are rare, protests and acts of civil disobedience — such as disrupting congressional hearings or even House and Senate floor sessions, are more common. That means prosecutors and judges will have to weigh how much more punishment a Trump supporter who invaded the Capitol during the Electoral College count deserves than, say, an anti-war protester chanting at a CIA confirmation hearing or a gun-control advocate shouting in the middle of the State of the Union address. […]
That reckoning is coming sooner rather than later, lawyers say, putting prosecutors in the position of wrist-slapping many participants in the riot despite framing the crimes as part of an insurrection that presented a grave threat to American democracy.
Surprising no one who knows the basic facts of the “insurrection”. But it’s been written for a mainstream media audience, so there’s plenty of explaining.
Never Negotiate With People Who Want You Dead
The real reason they hate Marjorie Taylor Greene;
If you needed a reminder that the swamp is alive and well, look no further than the recent vote by the House Republican Conference to bring pork-barrel spending back to Congress. Egged on, no doubt, by the special interests that fund their campaigns, 102 Republicans—who identify as conservatives when campaigning—just decided to undo one of the biggest accomplishments of the Tea Party era. Now, Senate Republicans are similarly considering a proposal to follow suit.
If this isn’t a sign that Congressional Republicans need new leadership in Washington, I don’t know what is. The good news is that a new group of freshman Republicans who are taking Washington by storm may yet return fiscal sanity to their conference. Unlike D.C. swamp elites who care only about their interests and investments, these bold new leaders promise to serve as the conscience of a caucus that is adrift and hell-bent to normalize the deviancy of Democrats. […]
By throwing up procedural roadblocks, and calling for a vote on the “motion to proceed,” Representative Greene was able to rally 149 Republicans to slow down a process that many believe was rushed to prevent the American people from realizing what was actually in the bill. Greene has shown that not all Republicans are willing to go along with the big government agenda of the Democratic Party.
Never Negotiate With People Who Want You Dead
Noem has – perhaps had – a future as a conservative conservative, and her utterly insane unforced error last week has hugely damaged her prospects. There are lessons here, people.
Acquittal
The ancient regime needed a Blue Tsunami to effect a restoration. But they achieved a mild and perhaps doubtful electoral surf despite a maximum effort. The impeachment was a second chance at pursuit. Its failure means the populists will be back.
NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING
MSNBC – “They see themselves now on a crusade for Donald Trump… What I heard overwhelmingly from the people that were against [Liz Cheney], she did not vote for Wyoming when she voted to impeach, and therefore she has to go”
Every day they remind Republicans why they rioted.
Impeachments Have Consequences
According to a memo outlining the results, 73 percent of Republican voters and 62 percent of all voters in Wyoming expressed an unfavorable view of the three-term congresswoman. Just 10 percent of Republican primary voters and 13 percent of general election voters said they would vote to reelect her. The survey of 500 likely voters, which was conducted Jan. 25-26 by Trump pollster John McLaughlin, also presents [Liz] Cheney as profoundly weak in a Republican primary. The congress member trails 54 percent to 21 percent in a head-to-head matchup against one of her announced opponents, state Sen. Anthony Bouchard.
All In This Together
A stunning survey just released by Morning Consult has revealed part of the extent of the devastation caused by COVID-19 lockdowns and other wealth and health destroying restrictions.
The remote work economy is functioning perfectly well for people who have already established themselves with robust income streams. For those still struggling to obtain the American dream – not so much.
Americans who were already earning six figure salaries have reported an increase in income for 2020, while those making between $50k-$100k reported a drop in income. Tragically, respondents earning under $50k have been absolutely hammered by destructive pandemic policies, reporting by far the largest income drop among their peers.
With Orange Man Gone, many of those restrictions are being lifted — oddly enough.

The Deplorables
Shock poll: Trump ‘Patriot Party’ would win almost quarter of voters, drop GOP to third place.
hypothetical “Patriot Party” led by former President Donald Trump would win the support of almost a quarter — 23% — of the electorate, bumping the GOP down to third place with just 17%, according to a new Just the News poll with Scott Rasmussen.
The startling survey result comes amid reports that Senate Republican support for convicting Trump in an impeachment trial is fast eroding.
Not shocking to anyone paying attention.

There Goes The Narrative!
The most incompetent white supremacist riot ever.

According to an affidavit signed by FBI Special Agent Riley Palmertree, Jackson was one of the first to gain entry through the Capitol doorway at the Senate Wing entrance on the West side around 2:48 p.m. after the violent crowd overpowered police officers.
Prior to this, Jackson is seen on surveillance footage making a fist and repeatedly striking a U.S. Capitol Police officer while attempting to forcibly enter the building.

It’s A Brown Whiteness
When “white supremacy” is surprisingly diverse, and a leftist academic struggles with the obvious.
The author of what follows, Ms Cristina Beltrán, is “an associate professor of social and cultural analysis at New York University.” Her areas of expertise are needless to say sweeping and numerous, extending from “feminist theory” to “Latinx, and race & gender politic,” because “Latinx” and “politic” is how we do things now. Being a leftist academic, Ms Beltrán is of course mystified by the existence of non-white Trump supporters and, by extension, non-white people who dare to deviate from her own leftist assumptions.
Inauguration Day Plot To Murder Trump Supporters
Antifa supporter Daniel Alan Baker was arrested for plotting to murder Trump supporters and police on Inauguration Day.
He trained in Syria in 2017 with the YPG, was featured on VICE, and in 2020 participated in the CHAZ insurrection in Seattle, per DOJ documents.
@JackPosobiec — Daniel Alan Baker wanted to stockpile AK-47s and build bombs in CHAZ to start “the revolution”

The alleged plot to round up Trump supporters and police for execution has gone unreported in the mainstream.

The Power Of No
“Call me whatever you want, I’m not going to participate in this.”
In a recent long-form essay on New Discourses (newdiscourses.com/2020/12/psychopa…totalitarianism/), James Lindsay explained the origins of totalitarianism in a single word: psychopathy. There, he explained that totalitarianism arises from people who cannot cope with reality as it is, and yet who are content to manipulate others, constructing a “pseudo-reality” in service to a vision of the world that serves their needs. That pseudo-reality holds as its North Star a Utopian vision that aligns with artificial resolutions to their inability to cope with reality as it is, and it thereby attracts others who have similar issues. By constructing a false logic (a paralogic) and a false morality (a paramorality) to define and enforce the pseudo-reality, they can gather supporters in a cult-like fashion. In the end, those ensnared lose the ability to distinguish reality and pseudo-reality almost entirely and become functionally psychopathic, and if they gain enough social, cultural, economic, and political power, they can hold hostage entire societies that are, in effect, on the march to totalitarianism and, eventually, total catastrophic collapse.
[…] in this podcast, he begins the process of linking the concept of “ideological pseudo-reality” to more familiar examples, not least Wokeness. Critical Race Theory, for example, is a pseudo-reality that positions racism as the ordinary state of affairs in society, not an immoral aberration from them. Queer Theory is a pseudo-reality in which being normal with regard to sex, gender, and sexuality is a problem while being in some way deviant (which is not the same as being gay or even trans) is elevated as normal. Communism is a pseudo-reality that deems socially engineered command economies as effective and efficient ways to maximize human flourishing. Covid-19 is a pseudo-reality built to enact control around a genuine and serious virus called SARS-CoV-2. These topics and more are presented in this episode of the New Discourses podcast to help people understand and, hopefully, able to see reality for itself again.
Grab a coffee. You’ll recognize much of what he describes immediately.
