Through a freedom of information request, the Toronto Sun recently obtained one of the results of this new push: The official antiracist training materials for Global Affairs Canada. The literature is markedly different than Canada’s official antiracism training of only a few years ago, which stressed tolerance and accommodation for an increasingly multicultural workplace. These new course materials explicitly cite as their inspiration “critical race theory,” a growing movement which posits that Western society is immutably tainted by white supremacy, and must be confronted and managed by conscious “antiracist” thinking and policies.[…]
 
Unlike the anti-discrimination movements of the past — which sought only equal opportunity untainted by prejudice — critical race theorists hold that government and society is so immutably slanted towards white people that ignoring race is itself an act of white supremacy designed to maintain an inequitable status quo. Or, as a protest sign included in the Global Affairs materials put it, “if you aren’t an antiracist, you are complicit.”
 
Promoted by public intellectuals such as Robin DiAngelo or Ibram X. Kendi, it’s an approach that in recent years has found its way into the highest echelons of power in the United States, and now features in mandatory training for tens of thousands of U.S. bureaucrats and corporate employees. And now, it’s required training for Canada’s diplomats. Below, a taste of what antiracism training looks like at the sharp end for Government of Canada employees.

Official multi-culturalism is the modern Marxist strategy to replace the citizens who refused to vote for them. They changed out class structure with race and identity to create social discontent and leverage a newly minted, perpetual “victim class” for permanent power.

      3. I think you need to provide some specific examples. Claiming multiculturalusm has made things better does not make it so. Many people feel the framework on which the country was established is disintegrating and nothing positive is replacing it. We are destroying culture, history, and good will among different regions of the country and different ethnic minority groups. You see something different, but you are not persuading anyone. I feel like we don’t have a country anymore, but maybe that’s the point.

        The German mechanics I worked with – awesome contributors to our company and economy.

        The Vietnamese shop owners in the small town where I taught – did well, embraced Canada, and their kids are now doctors and engineers. Good ones.

        The largely Islamic welfare recipients coming across the border at Roxham Road? Sitting on their keisters in Toronto hotels, getting 3 square meals a day on the taxpayer’s dime, while Canadians are living under bridges in that same city.

        Jamaican gang members shooting up neighborhoods in Toronto while dealing in drugs and hookers? Not really strengthening Canada.
        To simply say that immigration is wonderful ignores the differences in people and cultures who come here. And what they do, or do not do, once they arrive.
        Most here at SDA do not oppose immigration. We oppose unregulated immigration that weakens our economy, drains our social programs, and refuses to embrace our (gasp) Western Democratic values, which were largely founded on Judeo-Christian principles. The tolerance of said values has been exploited by some immigrant groups.
        Ask the two gay men who were beaten in Calgary awhile ago by “Diversity Immigrants” how the beating made their lives “nothing but better.”
        (If you are going to use superlatives such as “nothing” you had better be able to prove that there are no exceptions.)
        And speaking for myself, I oppose race based immigration, where a person coming from the US, which is a safe country, can claim refugee status and live here are our largess almost indefinitely, while farmers from South Africa, who have seen neighbors burned, beaten, and murdered, are not allowed to claim refugee status, simply because they lack enough melanin to receive favored treatment.

The aim of leftists is always to consolidate their power so there will be no sweeping of them from the psyche of a nation. We are not at the point where they have power but heading in that direction. Of course a lot can happen before then and their takeover isn’t inevitable, but if they do gain control no famine or plague will displace them very quickly. Then the process of getting rid of them is long and arduous. Venezuela is a current example. The USSR, China, Cuba, Cambodia, Vietnam, Albania are some good examples of how hard it is to remove them from power once they have it.

  9. Racism is baked into human genes. We evolved in tribes which became communities and nations. We see those outside the tribe as being a potential threat or inherently different or inferior. Western civilization and particularly individualism and free will has likely done the best job of getting beyond the worst elements of such tribalism but it is always there at some level in all societies, cultures, and races. Multiculturalism is the nullity of moral relativism in the equality of all cultures. Critical race theory is essentially racial altruism or as Thomas Sowell said, “racism under new management”. It is an attempt to employ the chemical determinism of racism as a tool to socially engineer the destruction of individualism, free will, and liberty in favour of statist tyranny. And it’s working!
