Californicated;

For the last several years California legislators have been ramping up their efforts to legally obliterate male and female definitions by disconnecting the legal link between biology and a person’s sex or gender. In 2017, the state legislators legalized letting Californians pick their sex on birth certificates and driver’s licenses, no questions asked. That included creating a catch-all sex, non-binary, for those who didn’t identify as a man or a woman. This year the gender revolution continues for state inmates and for those wanting to change their sex designation on marriage licenses and the birth certificates of their children.

Tomorrow, the Senate Public Safety Committee will hear Senate Bill 132, a bill that lets inmates decide their own sex at any moment in time, and then requires correction officials refer to them by that sex and to house them with other inmates of the same sex. The author, LGBT Caucus Chair Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), says the bill is necessary to protect transgender identified people from “physical assaults” and to preserve their “basic dignity,” and “respect.” But Wiener doesn’t seem to care about the privacy and dignity concerns of real, biological women, who would have to share personal, intimate living space with any male inmate claiming to be a woman.

Dr. Mengele — call your office.

During the panel discussion, the endocrinologist detailed the dangers of medically treating children who are confused about their gender and showcased video clips of doctors Ilana Sherer and Johanna Olson-Kennedy, both of whom medically treat “transgender” children. […]

Gender-confused teen girls as young as 13, Laidlaw warned, are having their breasts removed via mastectomy procedures, and boys the age of 17 are developing penises the developmental age of a nine-year-old’s or losing sexual sensation all together due to hormone blockers. Laidlaw cited TLC’s “I am Jazz” star Jazz Jennings as such an example. Jazz, who is male-to-female transgender, has reportedly never experienced sexual sensations or orgasms because of puberty-blocking drugs, the endocrinologist said.

“Under the nebulous concept of ‘gender identity,’ children as young as 8 are receiving injections for gender transition treatment,” explained Laidlaw, according to The Christian Post report. “The phrase was defined in a recent court case as a person’s ‘core internal sense’ of their own gender and that it was the ‘primary factor’ in determining their sex, not biology,” he added, noting that this information is false.

By the time they’re old enough to sue these perverse quacks, most of these kids will be dead.

“Research led by the University of Birmingham has found that increased levels of hormones including testosterone could cause a brain condition that can lead to blindness in women.”

What does this mean for women who are taking exogenous testosterone as they “transition” to being transmen?

It means that for them, some things can be unseen. But is there something the rest of us can take?

What’s The Opposite Of Diversity?

President Trump will sign an executive order Thursday requiring colleges and universities to ensure free speech on campus, in the wake of cases of conservatives being attacked for expressing their views.

A senior administration official said Mr. Trump’s order will require colleges that receive federal research grant money to certify that they “promote free inquiry.”

“The president strongly supports cultivating free speech and open inquiry in higher education,” the official said. “American institutions of higher education should promote open, intellectually engaging debate which is critical to create the next generation of leaders.”

Meanwhile, across the pond in Merry Olde Translandistan…

Jackie Green, who identifies as female, was born male and was once known as Jack. After hormone treatment in the US to prevent the onset of male puberty, Jackie Green underwent ‘penis inversion’ surgery in Thailand at the age of 16, the youngest person ever to undergo such a procedure. (That was in around 2010. Thailand has since changed the law to set a minimum age of 18 for such surgery.)

This was done in the US and Thailand because all of it was illegal in the UK. So, someone should be going to jail, right?

Well, as a matter of fact…

Caroline Farrow, 44, is the subject of an investigation by Surrey Police over tweets she sent referring to the adult child of Susie Green, head of Mermaids, a charity concerned with transgender children. Farrow says the investigation arises because she ‘misgendered’ the child, who was born male but now identifies as female.

Farrow is a columnist and occasional TV commentator. She writes and speaks from a Catholic perspective about a number of issues including education, family policy, euthanasia and gender.

I think I’ll start a Dead Pool on these kids just to see if they’ll send a Swat Team.

On Friday, the pro-family group MassResistance revealed that a performer at “Drag Queen Story Hour” at the Houston Public Library (HPL) is, in fact, a convicted child sex offender. HPL confirmed the report, apologized, and insisted the drag queen was never alone with the children.

MassResistance revealed that 32-year-old Alberto Garza, who goes by the stage name Tatiana Mala-Niña, was convicted in 2008 for sexually assaulting an 8-year-old boy. The library had not run a background check on any of the drag queens.

They just assumed they were all normal perverts.

Last Wednesday, the Supreme Court of British Columbia (B.C.) ruled that a 14-year-old girl may undergo transgender hormone “treatments” to support her transgender identity as a boy — without her father’s consent. The court went so far as to threaten to penalize the father’s speech. If he calls his daughter a girl, that would constitute “family violence,” which would be punishable by law.

Tar and feathers.

Sorry girls!

Yearwood, a 17-year-old junior at Cromwell High School, is one of two transgender high school sprinters in Connecticut, transitioning to female.

She recently finished second in the 55-meter dash at the state open indoor track championships. The winner, Terry Miller of Bloomfield High, is also transgender and set a girls state indoor record of 6.95 seconds. Yearwood finished in 7.01 seconds and the third-place competitor, who is not transgender, finished in 7.23 seconds.

Miller and Yearwood also topped the 100-meter state championships last year, and Miller won the 300 this season.

Next up: Women’s Tennis.

Sorry, Martina.

“I am happy to address a transgender woman in whatever form she prefers, but I would not be happy to compete against her. It would not be fair,” the Czech-born player wrote.

Her reiterated stand against transgender players comes after what she claimed was months of study on the topic. That study, she said, made her surer than ever that transgenders competing as women was unfair to natural-born women.

If you’re willing to address a man as a ‘woman’, then you’ve already agreed to compete against them.

Seems fair.

Japan’s supreme court has upheld a law that effectively requires transgender people to be sterilised before their gender can be changed on official documents.

The court acknowledged “doubts” were emerging over whether the rule reflects changing social values, but said the law was constitutional.

The decision, issued Wednesday but published on Thursday, upholds a law that requires any individual wishing to change their documents have “no reproductive glands or reproductive glands that have permanently lost function,” referring to testes or ovaries.

It also requires the person to have “a body which appears to have parts that resemble the genital organs of those of the opposite gender.”
