    1. The Globe and Mail too. Small-c conservatives historically have been poor at street demonstrations and local political organizing. But the Alberta liberation movement has surprised me. It has been effective, so much so it has started to scare the wealthy suits in Laurentian Canada. The federal government and their paid-and-bought-for media exploit Alberta and Saskatchewan, and the liberation movement there threatens the economic theft.

        1. My eastern friends ask me if support the referendum, and I assure them, I support all forms of folk dancing. I’m frankly not expecting the poll to support independence, let alone achieve it. But I’m delighted that the vote’s being held, because it allows the Canadians to demonstrate publicly and at length what worthless shits they are. If, by the end of the campaign, people are ashamed to be publicly associated with the likes of Andrew Coyne, I’d say we’d achieved something.

Unfortunately for the most part, he delivered an underwhelming speech that lacked vision, energy and real answers to the challenges facing Canada’s conservative movement.

    The Canada Strong and Free Network’s (CSFN) annual Ottawa conference is among the most significant conservative gatherings in Canada, and typically brings together the best and brightest of the movement’s thinkers, leaders and influencers.

    No surprises here. The reason the conference fell flat is because there isn’t a single one “of the movement’s thinkers, leaders and influencers” that has more zing than a plate of wet noodles. Losers, every GD one of them, starting w/ our MP’s & going on down the line. Seals trained to clap.
