When you see 90, nine-zero offenses on a criminal record, and said offender is left to wander publicly like a lost sheep, we are forced to conclude two things.
First, this offender is getting a special deal from the courts, the cops, and the entire justice system, for some unsaid reason. You can’t rack up 90 convictions without help.
Second, given that the offender is consistently released to offend again, NINETY TIMES, this is effectively a policy of the court. They’re releasing the nutbar into the wild to do whatever he wants, deliberately.
One may speculate that this is official malice, and not mere laziness/stupidity/carelessness perpetrated by idiots.
I wish people would stop calling it the “justice system” and call it what it really is the “legal industry”.
