Western Journalism – SOE, the Tampa based corporation purchased by SCYTL in January, supplies the election software which records, counts, and reports the votes of Americans in 26 states–900 total jurisdictions–across the nation.

The U.S. ambassador to Libya and three other embassy staff were killed in a rocket attack on their car, a Libyan official said, as they were rushed from a consular building stormed by militants denouncing a U.S.-made film insulting the Prophet Mohammad.
Gunmen had attacked and burned the U.S. consulate in the eastern city of Benghazi, a center of last year’s uprising against Muammar Gaddafi, late on Tuesday evening, killing one U.S. consular official. The building was evacuated.
The Libyan official said the ambassador, Christopher Stevens, was being driven from the consulate building to a safer location when gunmen opened fire.
Yup, nothing. And this is just coincidence.

Female parking enforcement officers patrolling the streets near a mosque situated on the Plaza de Pere Garau in downtown Palma have been subjected to a systematic campaign of harassment and humiliation by Muslims who insist that only male officers should be allowed to work in the area. In recent weeks the tensions have escalated to the point where female parking officers have been verbally abused and spit upon by Muslim immigrants seeking to force the women out of the neighbourhood.
Well, I guess it’s time for the Spaniards to finally fight ba….
Amid a growing concern for their physical safety, female employees have now been withdrawn from the area and replaced with an exclusively male workforce.

But the debate over Iran’s nuclear program has become so feckless — so disconnected from reality — that perhaps it’s time to inject a dose of what those of us who served on the national security side of the Reagan administration used to call “real-world intelligence.”

Of course Iran is building a nuclear bomb; the evidence is obvious and overwhelming. The only purpose of those leaked National Intelligence Estimates asserting that Iran hasn’t actually made the decision to build a nuclear bomb, and of similar leaked documents from European intelligence services, is to prevent what the analysts fear would happen. They’re afraid that if they officially judge Iran to be on the verge of having a nuclear bomb, political pressure for a military attack will become irresistible. They want to delay action until it’s too late, so we will be left with no choice except to live with a nuclear-armed Iran.

Stephen Harper will travel to New York this month to receive a “World Statesman of the Year” award from an organization called the Appeal of Conscience Foundation.
The ACF, founded by New York-based rabbi Arthur Schneier, has previously given the award to former British prime minister Gordon Brown, as well as to France’s Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Last year’s recipient was South Korean Lee Myung-Bak.

Recently my wife and I were in New York. We spent just two days there and I urge anyone who has the chance to visit. It is a remarkable place.
We went to the 9-11 memorial site. (They discourage the term ground zero) We had to get a pass at a storefront 3 blocks away as the site is not yet finished. We had 45 minutes to spare before our time to enter the site so we walked a few blocks and found St. Pauls church. (Trinity church on google maps ????)
Inside there were 5 tables of different people with some sort of story to tell. I cannot remember the other 4.
Fabrizio Bivona was a first responder that survived the attacks. He wrote a book about that day called Gone but Not Forgotten
We did not buy it at the time but ordered it after we got home. I cannot read for more than a few minutes at a time. I thought I was well read and educated on the events of 9-11 but I was not. In this book are stories and images I have never seen or experienced.
Please check out his site and story. Maybe I am biased, having met the man. And after visiting the site it changes how you view the day.
He wrote the book and for 5 years he only offered it to other first responders around the country. Only after numerous firemen told him he had to let other people read it did he release to the general public,
A more humble man I have never met. I am now in the process of sharing his story to family, friends and co-workers.
SDA is none of these, but from the posts of many here I have read, this book would be of interest. Thanks for the time, and the bandwidth, for this.

Dr. Jacques Beres said that half the rebels he treated were non-Syrian.
“It’s really something strange to see. They are directly saying that they aren’t interested in Bashar al-Assad’s fall, but are thinking about how to take power afterwards and set up an Islamic state with sharia law to become part of the world Emirate.”
