Globe and Mail- Feds facing questions over whereabouts of 469 missing foreign criminals
Canada Border Services Agency says that, as of December last year, the “whereabouts are unknown” of 29,719 people facing removal from Canada, including 469 facing deportation “for criminality or criminal convictions in Canada.”
Among them were foreign nationals convicted of multiple sexual offences. Some of them have been sought for so long their arrest warrants have expired.

A video depicting a massive brawl between gangs of Egyptian and Algerian nationals in France has garnered hundreds of thousands of views on social media. There are numerous commentators describing the violence as a consequence of French President Emmanuel Macron’s immigration policies.
The video, which was published by Reconquête political candidate Cécile Scheffen, shows two massive groups of armed men, some of whom have rebars and spiked bats beating one another as onlookers look upon the scenes in stunned disbelief.
Ripudaman Singh Malik, the man acquitted in the 1985 Air India terrorist bombing, has been killed in a targeted shooting in Surrey, B.C.
An employee who works at the car wash near the site of the shooting said he heard shots and ran outside to find Malik unconscious in his car.
“There was three gunshots. One hit on the neck, that’s it. And I just took him out. He was alive,” said the man, who didn’t want to be named because of safety concerns.
I don’t know if this is a legitimate question — but it’s a good one.
