          The judiciary agreed that it was necessary for Hitler to ignore the Weimar Constitution, in order to “save Germany”.

          They also ruled the concentration camps legal, to protect the Jews from howling mobs of Germans. Of course after propagandising those Germans to want to murder them for all their supposed evils and diseases.

      1. The 2nd Amendment authorizes the citizen the right to depose any tyranical form of government by force of arms legally. You do not get much more individual Liberty than that right there. We have this in the Magna Carta hete and it still is in effect. But we are blind sheep leaderless and adrift

    3. I’m guessing you (1)never actually read the decision, (2)know nothing of the law passed by Congress which triggered the case, (3) ignore the world events that have happened since.
      That little incident that occurred in Europe in the thirties and forties, where certain groups were performing medical experimentation on other groups without their consent, just might be a drawback to such a law. We all know what happened to the perpetrators of those little acts.
      I doubt that unvaccinated Americans are going to be the willing “Jew” you so desire!

    1. Yup. I noticed that with respect to flying. It was bad enough having my bags searched, but, with each “incident”, airport security became even more intrusive. That was particularly the case after Prinz Dummkopf ascended to the throne and especially so after the phony plague started.

      Little Omar can fly unobstructed. Me? I’m surprised that I wasn’t subject to a complete strip search. I was reminded of just how bad things were when, during one of my last flights to my house in B. C., the guard started snooping through my wallet, going to far as to rummage through my cards. Not only was that invasion of privacy (all in the name of keeping me “safe”, of course) but it bordered on identity theft. However, considering our fascist state nowadays, she got away with it.

      Now that I’m driving to and from my house, I’m wondering when there’ll be checkpoints and my truck is completely searched….. along with my bags, of course.

  8. Biden lied when he claimed the jab is FDA approved. The only FDA approved vaccine is Comirnaty from Pfizer. It is not available. It was not tested on the variants, so not really a vaccine except that the definition of “vaccine” has recently been updated.

    The jabs that are currently in use are under “Emergency Use Authorization.” This provides the manufacturers, government and medical system complete immunity from liability. Not necessarily the case for employers or unions that want to force people to take the jab.
