You seem to have forgotten … when it is a cold day … it is “weather”. When it is a hot day … it is man made, fossil-fuel-caused Global Warming!
And here in CA … 2ft of new snow in the Sierra = “the 5th year of the worst drought in the history of the state” …

Everyone is lucky I personally do not have the power of God. For instance, if I could, the city of Toronto would have a temperature of -60. 365 days a year. 7 days a week. 24 hours a day. I would do the same to Suzuki and Gore. They would exist in a column of cold they could never escape from. Indoors, outdoors, summer, tropics…
The official state policy is that we are STILL in the “5th” year of drought … even though rain/snowfall has been huuuuge (and early) this season … and last season was above normal. Why? Because the drought still persists in Buttonwillow. As if … that has any bearing on CA’s water supply? 2011 was a record-breaking precipitation year … followed by below-normal 2012, 2014, 2015 … by my count, that is 3 years of “drought”. But the command and controllers thrive on “crisis” … So the completely NORMAL 3-year pattern of our Meditteranean climate, controlled by El Niño ocean currents … is suddenly a “crisis” caused by Global Warming. Leftists have no alternative but to LIE to push their agenda. And now they have tried to bastardized the English language by calling statistical manipulation … “science”. Utter rubbish.
Yes, our climate here in the Okanagan has badly needed some “adjustment” as it’s about the coldest in 40 years, -24 the other night.
I am anticipating,and I hope not in vain, the comeuppance of some of the climate manipulators (i.e. Michael Mann) and possible charges for fraud.
Someone should investigate Al Gore to find out in which banking havens he keeps his ill gotten CC exchange dough,Switzerland,Caymans,Bahamas,Lichtenstein?

Here in California, we’re having drought because we still trying to save the delta smelt, whom NO ONE have seen in a couple of decades. We’re deliberately diverting farm water to flood the spawning ground of this stupid fish that went extinct 40 years ago.
Precisely why ‘Global Warming’s has morphed into ‘Climate Change’. Now, I wonder how they’ll handle the upcoming Maunder Minimum, now that the sun spots have diminished.

Well I dunno, I was in California a while ago and the delta smelt quite a lot.
The problem with the cold is that the climate change religion adopted the new creed a few years ago so this is not going to shake any true believers, any departure from average proves their “theory” and so, I suppose, would a freak run of months of nothing but average weather.
