I don’t understand what you mean by this. I imagine they aren’t being treated poorly, they’re just being treated like men, which is how they should be treated if they want to play at being soldiers. Women make crappy men so it’s bound to end in tears when you treat them like men.
Rusty, There are occasions in war in which the women folk excel. I’m not advocating for them to serve as infantrymen. I don’t know which part of the Canadian military in which volleyball (or wrestling for example) is supposed to be practiced, (nor am I advocating for it) but having men compete against them on equal footing while simply declaring that they are a woman, is ridiculous and what I was thinking in the above commentary.
Some of the women folk may be taught to drive vehicles, read radar, even cook!
And that’s what we used to do, but not anymore. Someone decided that women were the same as men (not me) and that they would be treated the same. One of the reasons that the armed forces can’t recruit enough people is that they decided they need to be 25 percent women so they restrict the number of men they enlist to keep the ratio of women high. As a result of recruiters telling white men they aren’t wanted for a generation, men have got the hint and stopped trying to enlist. I served for ten years and if my sons wanted to enlist I would do everything in my power to change their minds. This is what women and we as a society has decided is the way ahead, and now here we are. I’m at the stage of life where I just point and laugh. Don’t care anymore.
This is by design. When the globalist “New World Order” is ushered in with Digital currency, social credit scores, carbon restrictions, mandatory 15 minute travel rules, etc. the regular CAF might balk at enforcing the rules with violence. The new recruits will have no such qualms, not being Canadian.

I think he meant that the female instructors were not respected by the students from abroad. I mean come on, Cameroon? Every course, even those for higher ranks (Capt, Majors or Sr NCMs) start with a harassment briefing. Every single one. The CF has been feminized for at least 15 years. They dredged out judge Arbour to make sure decades old harassment allegations were properly publicized and recommendations implemented. If you have any problem at all with this, you are a transphobe and the CF does not need or want your services. This was implemented when the defense Minister was a woman (Anand) and the present CDS in charge of “culture change”. In other words, feminists implemented this under the feminist Trudeau.

I remember the DJ Lord Cameroon who was popular around Toronto for several years in the 80’s. He once complimented me on my outfit when we met at a backstage party at a prestigious local gig. That was a typical Saturday afternoon for me in those days.

In the US Armed forces, a number of safety features are applied to avoid this sort of grouping (and the resulting influence of their recently left cultures). For example, it starts with a solid vetting process. Only LPR’s (lawful permanent residents) are allowed to serve in the military, and the process to become an LPR is lengthy (certainly not completed in 3 months). Those accepted with an LPR are NOT elligble for high-level assignments. They are, almost, always relegated to low level enlisted roles. There are some who get assigned to specialty positions, but only if it doesn’t require a clearance of any sort.
Assignment distribution isn’t specifically addressed. But, they are spread out and mixed in to avoid a coagulation like Canada seems to be “enjoying.” Also, in the US Armed Forces (every branch)…if you are slighting your command, it’s a one way trip back to where ever you came from with a dishonorable discharge preceded by about 5,000 push-ups just for kicks and giggles. And, there’s something within the enlisted ranks that would stop this nonsense within a very short time. It’s called a “peer review”. You won’t find “peer review” in any official Pentagon documentation. It usually includes something like a couple rolls of duct tape and the bare face of a barracks wall. And more likely than not, the act that resulted would have been run by Drill Sgt. in advance to assure that there were no misunderstandings.
There used to be “peer assassination” in the CF. For officers (not sure about NCMs), after the 13 week basic officer course, right out of the field after the last exercise, they sat the platoon in a room and trainees were asked to write down, in order of preference, the persons in platoon they would like to lead them. If a particular person ended at the bottom of too many lists, he would be either recoursed or released. That is a fact, not a made up story and people have been recourse and released over it. Fact. It is probably not done anymore though. Trust in your leader was the most important factor in leadership. If you had not earned that trust in 13 weeks, you were a dud.

Remember that those that dream up those schemes of importing people from alien and uh, “different” cultures believe that all cultures are equal. They cannot utter or write down anything reflecting reality on this subject. They probably made up a couple of platoons of this rabble and gave them the best instructors they could find, with orders to pass the maximum number of those people. Getting up at 0530h for PT, making your bed and having your shit done for inspection the night before doesn’t come naturally for some more “relaxed” nationality. If your instructor is female, and your society treats them worse than goats, you will tend to disrespect them. 48% is what they could drag across the finish line kicking and screaming, knowing full well the whole chain of command from the school Commandant and Sgt Major right up to the CDS has their eye on you, desperate to make this social experiment succeed, because the future of the CF depends on it. Lumping all these people together was their first mistake. Spread the “newcomers” in different platoons so they learn what the culture is here and are shown the way. Else they will just form their own little ghetto.

20+ years ago, couple small Alberta town meat plants recruited africkans. They soon found out they had workers from different tribes. Lots of incidents of police responding to late night drunken knife fights, and some day time at work
