Daniel Penny, the Marine Corps veteran who fatally subdued a deranged, threatening vagrant on the subway last week, was arraigned Friday on manslaughter charges in Criminal Court.
Anyone who expected differently in DA Alvin Bragg’s Manhattan hasn’t been paying attention.
Riding Mass Transit Is Like Inviting A Democrat Lynch Mob Into Your Car
I did a couple of threads begging you guys to NEVER INTERVENE in NYC.
You called me a coward, you said I had no honor, you said I didn’t understand like you did. You’re all SO MUCH SMARTER than me.

Armstrong Economics- Judge Seals Middleton Case
Middleton is the main link between Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein. Days after Ghislaine Maxwell revealed she would unveil her client list for a reduced sentence, Middleton suddenly died at the age of 59.
The death was ruled a suicide. Middleton allegedly traveled 30 miles from his home to a ranch that he never had reportedly visited. He hung himself from a tree and simultaneously shot himself in the chest with a shotgun. The sheriff at the scene immediately claimed there would be no investigation.
Emphasis mine.
“The coverage triggered protests, church arsons and condemnation from Canada’s bad-faith rivals…”
Give Terry Glavin and the National Post their due. This took guts.
This is how it all began, a year ago this week: ‘Horrible History’: Mass Grave of Indigenous Children Reported in Canada. On May 28, 2021, that’s how the New York Times headlined the first of a summer-long series of gruesome “discoveries” that precipitated a descent into paroxysms of shame, guilt and rage that swept across the country.
That first story was ostensibly about 215 children whose remains were discovered in a mass grave at the site of the long-shuttered Kamloops Indian Residential School, on the grounds of the main Tk’emlúps te Secwe̓pemc reserve in British Columbia’s southern interior. The New York Times headline illustrates the way the story was almost universally reported.
Except that’s not what happened in Kamloops.
Read it all.
