I prefer the term AWFL: Affluent White Female Liberals.
And you’ve confused empathy with sentimentality. AWFLs are usually incapable of putting themselves in the shoes of the men they drive to financial ruin, drink or suicide, if they do not simply drive the men away with their self-absorption, sense of entitlement, and refusal to listen to reason, being offended when a mere man tries to “mansplain” something to them.
Sure, they cry when their toy dogs have to be destroyed. Children cry when their toys get broken or taken away. Within a week they have another toy dog.
I prefer Affluent White Female Leftards because there is nothing liberal about them under the true sense of the word.
It would be an interesting study to categorize political beliefs based on an affluent white female who earned that wealth on her own vs. affluent white females who married into or inherited that wealth. I suspect that there would be a diametrically opposed difference on average.
JK Rowling on “transgender” issues comes to mind. I often wonder if the consensus results from overcompensating in an attempt to be perceived as successful for something other that what is basically charity.
That’s such an interesting point. I’m going to keep my eyes & ears open on that front.
What is it with AWFLs and vocal fry? I would rather listen to nails on a chalkboard or styrofoam rubbed together. I couldn’t bear 90 seconds of that and shut it down.

I disagree. These aren’t ’smart womyn’ who are bored being multi-millionaire wives. No, they’re egocentric narcissists who are incapable of using whatever brainpower got them admitted to Stanford. They LIVE to virtue signal. They LIVE to echo the cause dujour and achieve the admiration of their peers (other white, wealthy, egotists). They NEED to be liked … more than they care about their own children.
These womyn are useless. I much more admire any ‘trad-wife’ who actually WORKS at making her own family a wildly successful and vibrant environment for her husband and children. I much more admire women who GIVE according to Christ’s admonition … “to not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing” … to give of yourself quietly and silently. Seeking no reward. Now people who GIVE unselfishly … are the greatest of all.
Liberal white women are the reason we can’t have nice things…
