    1. She also bragged about stopping a natural gas pipeline. Then the Mass holes complain about energy prices. I’d agree with “let ’em freeze” but it’s too close to home.

    1. That woman speaks of a “rape culture”? What culture is she referring to? The regretful slut culture? The State of CA that has NO statute of limitations on rape [sic] cases? The cancelling of students upon any allegations of rape? The FAKE rape case by the Duke Lacrosse team? The FAKE fraternity rape case fabricated by Rolling Stone magazine?

Yeah, we’ve got quite a post-feminist “rape culture” … who use rape as a tool against white males. You know, toxic testosterone and whatnot.

    1. L – ZeroHedge hits it out of the ballpark:
The British Isles might as well be renamed ‘The British Archipelgro.’

“Carney is the mascot for “educated” idiots everywhere.”
“…yet the tiny central banker huffed and puffed in a hilariously Napoleonic display of fake strength.”

    2. L – Tristian Hopper blames the wording of Sect. 7 Rights. I disagree.

If unreasonable decisions, dreamed up Rights and appointed “Living Tree” minded judiciary, serving until they are 75, were appointed by like minded dream world politicians. The provinces happy with the degradation of our once British Common-Law, Magna Carta nation. One originally premised on Natural Rights, the preamble of the Charter, ones operating as a check and balance against arbitrary and capricious government. Those provincial citizens can choose to live as serfs. There are a couple of prairie provinces people, who prefer freedom and self-government and a like minded judiciary., a New Country. One our ancestors would recognize.

But for the serf provinces, I’m sure we can work out some mutually beneficial nation to nation trade agreement.

    1. We got major problems in this country if this IslamoMarxist becomes a member of the US Senate.

  1. https://www.theglobeandmail.com/canada/education/article-school-violence-rates-rising-canada-students-teachers/

Read this for the facts, not the political slant. The facts show that (mostly female) staff can’t handle (mostly male) violent students. But the piece is chock full of educrat buzzwords (“e.g. complex Issues”). At one point, educrats are debating whether it’s proper to use the term “violent student”. The teachers unions are left-leaning, so allow the problem to fester. The article doesn’t mention race or immigrant students. Nor does it mention declining student performances correlated with the rising violence.

(I think the G & M article is not paywalled).

    1. “educrats are debating whether it’s proper to use the term “violent student”.”

They might be OK with the term “toxic student”. Yeah, let’s go with that one.
Forget about being face-punched by a toxic student. It’s not violent, it’s just disruptive.
Let’s face it. They aren’t actually studying, are they? Does the word student even apply?

    1. Rick Mercer doesn’t mention the drawbacks facing Canadian businesses because the government TV ads shill for Liberal party policy. This is done with our taxpayer dollars. Note in passing that the Business Development Bank was up to its eyeballs in the Sponsorship Scandal that blew up towards the end of the Jean Chretien government. Then some $100 million was kicked back to the Liberal Party, from ad agencies awarded federal contracts.

  3. Where is Ursula von der Leyen? Why isn’t she calling for calm, calling for peace as “migrant” protests spread from France to neighboring countries. PM Sanchez has called SNAP election in Spain as housing protests grow and the legislature failed to pass two of Sanchez’s housing bills.

    1. SUPPORT THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF BRITAIN
The town of Gosport in Hampshire fought back against migrants landing at their marina. Gosport is located near Portsmouth, home of the Royal Navy. Police arrived to protect illegals. Locals have barricaded streets and dumped nails on other roadways to stop the motor coaches moving illegals. The police ordered a lockdown of the entire town..”Outspoken’s” Dan Wootton reports the locals were having none of it. Crowds of patriots demanded enforcement of border control laws. Outspoken w/Dan Wootton has a YouTube channel for videos.
      Where is Burnham?

  4. I would like to offer a point to consider when entering the separation debate.
Regardless of whether it’s Albertans desire for going their own way, or it’s the Quebec neverendums, ask both sides if their path includes putting a limit on the types of laws their government will be allowed to enact or not enact?
Because under the current arrangement, there isn’t one.
Before anyone wants to refer to the notwithstanding clause as a limit on the government, that’s not a limit on the government’s lawmaking ability it’s a limit on the judiciary putting a limit on the government. The only option that I can see is one that isn’t on any ballot, that of joining a jurisdiction that has such a constitutional limit on the government.

  5. An interesting comparisons between the state of Mississippi, Canadian provinces and the EU.
    https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2026/10/economic-data-shows-canada-europe-falling-behind-as/
“A new Visual Capitalist ranking of every U.S. state and Canadian province by 2024 GDP per capita places Canada’s three largest provinces alongside Mississippi, the poorest U.S. state by that measure. Ontario ($53,849) and British Columbia ($54,986) edge out Mississippi ($53,621), while Quebec ($49,817) and all four Atlantic provinces fall below it.”
“Europe’s major economies are in the same range. Using IMF figures, Euronews found that Mississippi produced more per person than four of Europe’s five largest economies. Germany led Mississippi by about €1,500”
