The Return of Farage?

The Telegraph- No more deals with the Tories: Reform UK will field a full slate of candidates at the next election

All of this means that the conditions for a new insurgency in British politics are ripe. Some polling for the Sunday Telegraph this month asked the question: “Would you be interested in voting for a new Nigel Farage-led party?” It found that 38 per cent of Conservative voters would consider supporting a new party led by me, with 43 per cent of Brexiteers saying the same. The most popular reason for doing so, among 62 per cent of respondents, was that “we need someone to stand up for ordinary British people”.

  1. I thought the UK left the European Union.
Brixet, They voted on that back in 1988, didn’t they ?

  2. After the election of Boris’s handpicked “man” for Brit PM I was thinking Nigel was gonna get pulled back into the fray. He’s the “Danielle Smith” the UK’s desperate for. I think he could win it all.

  3. Nawwww, forget it Nigel. Brits, like Canucks, prefer two-tone Conservatives: pink and yellow.

  4. I have a name for Nigel’s “New Party”.
    RETRIBUTION.
The time has come to thank all our helpers for their fine work.
Such help cannot be allowed to go unrewarded.
So many to thank..So little time.

  5. Well, if the Brit Con party was actually conservative in principle and practice, Nigel could stay retired. Instead, the Bojo/Sunak party has all the principles of a bowl of Jelly, with the likes of Bojo/Sunak et al resembling something closer to Jackals and Snakes.

  6. Truss was in for ONE job, blow up the Russian pipe line. 1minute after the pressure dropped on the line, Truss phoned the Joo blinken, and state DONE.

  7. Well the Tories are going to be wiped out in the next election, thanks to their habit of betraying conservatives. So the Brits need someone to vote for, other than the loony left.
