A month ago, I filed an access to information request as below, today I got this response:

Good morning,
The following is further to your access to information request to the Public Health Agency of Canada for the following information:
Requesting all information relating to COVID-19 modelling including but not limited to: source code, assumptions, documentation, discussion, and results of each run, whether or not the model was used to provide information to inform PHAC’s response to covid-19.
Before proceeding with the retrieval of records, we would to confirm or clarify several aspects of your request. Two sectors had several questions about the request text. In its current form, the request text is expected to retrieve a large volume of records. The two sectors noted that all modelling would, to some extent, be used to support decisions.
Firstly, the sectors would like to clarify what is meant by “COVID-19 modelling” in the request text. Would it be statistical modelling or just dynamic modelling, is it just the modelling presented to the public by CPHO, or is it all modelling ever done on COVID-19 by PHAC? Is there a certain timeframe that you have in mind?
Secondly, they would like to confirm what is meant by “source code” in the request text. Would this be referring to the “model code”?
Lastly, they would like to confirm if there is there are specific types of records that “documentation” or “discussion” would refer to in the context request text. For example, would this include computer files, emails, written notes?
