Why? Instead Geraldo wants to tighten up vehicle rental. Why? Why should you have to lose an extra 15 minutes at an already sclerotic check-in counter because Hertz and Avis and UHaul have to run your name through the No-Rent list? Why should open, free societies become closed, monitored, ugly, cramped and cowering?

  3. Was watching live coverage on ABC yesterday – Little Georgey Stephanopolis interviewing former NYC Police Chief Ray Kelley. RK mentioned how the attacker yelled “Allah Achbar” and Stehanolopolis was all visibly annoyed and said – “HAS THAT BEEN CONFIRMED?!?!?!”.

No. I agree with Gerald Rivers … but on ONE condition … each and every time a place or project needs to reinforce itself against Muslim Terrorism … we charge the taxpayers separately for the work, and call it a MUSLIM TAX.     My theory is similar to income taxes in general. I believe that EVERY taxpayer should be handed a TAX bill every quarter, that they have to write a check to pay.
