  1. Seen reports just now that Clinton is using the excuse that Colin Powell advised her personally to set up her email that way.
She just never takes responsibility for ANYTHING.

  2. Trump leads by half point in LA Times poll of today. I wonder why Clinton’s convention bounce was interpreted as a Trump disaster. The Mainstream Media can’t seem to be able to manufacture a Clinton victory despite investing their reputation in the attempt.

  3. Off topic here’s a letter Jason Kenny wrote to the Edmonton Journal (Pravda West) after they slugged him for not giving his seat..
Re. “Cut MP pay for Kenney,” Editorial Aug. 18
As I have made clear, I will be stepping down as MP when the Alberta PC leadership race officially begins in October. I will be setting a new standard as the first MP to resign to pursue a party leadership. I continue to perform my duties as an MP, and will be in my seat when Commons resumes in September.
Your editorial failed to note 35 MPs have run for provincial party leaderships without leaving Parliament, including Bob Rae, Jean Charest, Brian Tobin, and Catherine Callbeck.
They were in line with the long-standing convention in Canada of elected officials retaining their seats while pursuing other offices, from Robert Stanfield seeking the PC leadership whilst premier of Nova Scotia, to Jack Layton campaigning for NDP leadership as a Toronto councillor, to Amarjeet Sohi running for Parliament last year as municipal councillor.
There are hundreds of such precedents, none of which I can recall generating criticism from the Journal, or from me when I was with the Canadian Taxpayers Federation.
I will be the first candidate to break from this widespread democratic convention when I leave my seat in a few weeks. I therefore find it curious that I should be singled out for criticism. Perhaps the Journal might be on more solid ground to encourage others to follow my lead.
Jason Kenney, MP for Calgary Southeast

  4. Hillary follows Obama’s example who acts like George Bush is still in power. Despite having congress and the senate run by democrats for much of his rule and the RINO’s never seriously opposing for fear of being deemed racist or (horrors!) shuting down government, he is responsible for nothing.

  5. Jason said it well to the leftist pimp Edmonton Journal.
Lance, you have a great weekend also. Thanks for all the work you both do to keep this blog going.

  6. First time I’ve seen this.
    A little less redacted here:

Between this, all the fudging on FactCheck and Snopes, and the case documentation at Scribid, the only thing I can see is that she didn’t get the guy off with just time served. He did a year (probably a total of 6 mo.).
The mother wasn’t keen on a trial. Apparently the forensic team discarded the remains of their sample (it was 1975… in Little Rock). The 15 year old boy said he had sex with her first. The remaining evidence was too scant for exculpatory testing. She more than likely visited Dr. Alexander S. Wiener, in Brooklyn.
