This Is CNN

Layers of fact checkers.

CNN was forced to apologize to Dolly Parton’s family for mistakenly using a photo of a Las Vegas impersonator of the country music legend while reporting on her death.

The cable news network aired an image of tribute artist Kelly Vohnn as it covered Parton’s Tuesday death from cancer — leaving the 58-year-old Vohnn stunned as friends began bombarding her with messages.

The errant image were broadcast during “Laura Coates Live” some 12 hours after Parton’s death was announced by her family.

  1. The article failed to mention whether it was a male … female impersonator. You know it was. The CNN LGBTQueer staff just can’t help themselves from pushing Trans ideology.

BTW … I just read a Dolly quote where she said she once entered a Dolly Parton look alike contest but lost because ‘overdid’ the whole thing.

    1. But of course it was. And this is why some woke flunkie at CNN used it. “Take that you conservative Bimbo. I may lose my job, but I got one on the Chuds…”

      1. Rest well, Dolly, despite all this shit noise.
I just watched Dolly play her guitar on Johnny Carson, on a tune she wrote to thank Johnny for promoting her.
Rick Beato showed it and I laughed when he said “how can she play that with those fingernails?”
Thank Dolly for giving millions of books to children.

        1. To paraphrase Harry Truman …
I never gave anyone HELL … I just told the TRUTH … and it seemed like HELL
