The Obama administration’s Treasury Department and former IRS official Lois Lerner conspired to draft new 501(c)(4) regulations to restrict the activity of conservative groups in a way that would not be disclosed publicly, according to the House Committee on Ways and Means.
The Treasury Department and Lerner started devising the new rules “off-plan,” meaning that their plans would not be published on the public schedule. They planned the new rules in 2012, while the IRS targeting of conservative groups was in full swing, and not after the scandal broke in order to clarify regulations as the administration has suggested.

Obama has decapitated the US military. He reportedly is seeking to replace his
former generals with men who will not hesitate to fire on American citizens. The
resulting officer corps will be amoral, and will not hesitate to seize power with
the guns that they control.

The Obamaites are the descendants of the Frankfurt School communists, and tht is why they indeed not only seem but are alien to the traditional culture of the US, particularly its respect for individuals, protection of minority and dissenting voices, and absolute insistence of state subservience to the rights of the common man. To seize power, they have employed political correctness to effect a virtual Gulag to quarantine those with dissenting thoughts from challenging their lies, or remind Americans of the freedoms historically enjoyed by Americans. Their hatred, paranoia, and cruelty towards those they disagree with have been amply displayed in the IRS scandal, and their harassment of ordinary citizens by the coercive parts of the US government: the IRS, EPA, OSHA, BATF, FBI, etc.
Extrapolating from their behavior in the last year when they hold all the power of the Exec. Branch in their hands, you can only wonder what they have in store for America in the next 3 years, and what they will do to force America to submit to their will.

The US Treasury and IRS are as described above. They do not need the very personal and private banking information and ALL financial information of Canadians and Canadian residents to do with as they see fit. They SAY all sorts of things to get in the door. Once they have the information in their hands they will do with it whatever they like. It will be the economic ruin of Canada. FATCA is illegal. The IGA allows this illegality into the lives of Canadians, bypassing privacy and other laws against it. As we see what they have done to America they will do it here too.
