Morocco serves as a functional transit hub for refugees. It’s called “the gateway” for a reason. They have about 22,000 foreign refugees on hand at any given time. When they gain entrance into the EU (Spain) they are replaced with another grouping about that size. When they get well over that number they allow what is happening right now…a mass crossing. You can technically say they are in zone categorized officially as Morocco all you want. Their goal is not to go back the way they came. There are an additional 140,000 foreign nationals in Morocco at any given time. Syria, Guinea, Senegal, Sudan, and Côte d’Ivoire are the primary refugee points of origin. And, it’s a known fact that Morocco is used as a stepping off point to gain access to Europe for sub-Saharan nations.
And of course, it’s all primarily United Nations sponsored and organized through NGO’s. But, the overall coordination is by the UN.

OK I’ll officially say that they’re in Morocco since Spain cannot possibly eject them because they are -in fact- in Morocco since the dirt they are on is on the opposite side of the Strait of Gibraltar from Spain.
Spain does not have a military capable of ejecting them on the southern side of the Strait of Gibraltar.

You do realized that a significant number of these migrants are currently in Ceuta (which techinically is a Spanish enclave and considered a part of the EU) right? They swam there. And, the Spanish military has been deployed to that very city. What their orders are remain to be seen. If consistency is a factor, the military isn’t there to repel them. They are there to keep the current residents of Ceuta from taking matters into their own hands, like they were doing earlier today.
I think the Spanish residents of Cuenta and Melilla should be armed in order to defend their nation against the onslaught (the hordes) of people hoping to gain access to Europe’s welfare states. Shoot them off the fences, and shoot them at sea before they make it to land.
Perhaps the King of Spain should dismiss the socialist PM of Spain and call for a new one to be elected. The current PM appears to be trying to ruin whatever’s left of their nation. I don’t know how many blowjobs he’s getting per day but he needs to be told it’s not worth sinking the country for.

Yes, so should we all be, it is our God given right.
Welfare should not be available to foreigners at all.
We should be shooting our rulers who take our money, give it to foreigners, while looting it for themselves.
Meanwhile Spain has little to no military, and Cuenta is on the wrong side of the Strait.
I doubt a real military is necessary to take care of this. It’s the political will to shoot a few each day, and leave the bleeding bodies to bake in the sun on the southern side of the fence for the invaders to see, not knowing if they’ll be the next ones taught a lesson in “borders”.
Leave them there until the sand washes the bones away, I’m not suggesting to leave them there for a few days. The BBC will show up and report on the humanity, shoot a couple of them regularly too, and eventually the lesson will arrive in the UK.
Spain has a small aircraft carrier. There are Eurofighters and F-18’s in the mix, 5k Marines (oldest Marines force in the world) but no will to use it.
It’s a political decision not a military decision.
Recently Poland took the political decision to shoot at fence climbers along their border with Belarus, now it seems the fence climbers there have moved on…
marc, nobody is going to shoot anybody. There is not even the will to push them back into Morocco proper, largely because Morocco won’t allow it. It’s happy to be rid of the invaders; now it’s another country’s problem.
It’s similar to what’s happening with France letting all those rubber dinghies loaded with young muslim men cross over to the UK, even though the latter has paid France over a billion Euros to stop the cross channel itraffic.
So much for Brexit helping the UK stop the invasion. In fact, illegal migrant arrivals have increased each year following Brexit.
Another maritime choke point controlled by Muslims cannot be a good thing.
