TRUST THE EXPERTS: “Obama’s new Ebola czar is a long-time Democratic operative and lobbyist with zero agency administrative experience.”
Ebola czar?
What’s particularly interesting about this discussion, then, is that nobody has even discussed the fact that the federal government not ten years ago created and funded a brand new office in the Health and Human Services Department specifically to coordinate preparation for and response to public health threats like Ebola. The woman who heads that office, and reports directly to the HHS secretary, has been mysteriously invisible from the public handling of this threat. And she’s still on the job even though three years ago she was embroiled in a huge scandal of funneling a major stream of funding to a company with ties to a Democratic donor–and away from a company that was developing a treatment now being used on Ebola patients.
“If this Ebola thing’s nothing to worry bout, why are they putting cars in body bags?“

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) says the Obama administration’s Justice Department has been caught red-handed trying to orchestrate the leak of committee documents related to the ongoing IRS investigation, which would have allowed Justice to comment on the documents before Republicans made them public.
Issa says he has clear evidence of this — a Justice official mistakenly called Issa’s staff directly, instead of calling a Democratic office, and asked Issa’s staff to leak the information “before the Majority” — meaning Republicans — could share it.

A copy of the IRS notice to Breitbart News, obtained by FoxNews.com, asked about the company’s financial information for calendar year 2012. The IRS asked for a litany of documents, including logs of its receipts and expenses, but also its partnership agreement and a “written narrative” of the business.

In order to comply with the new Obama era EPA regs, American Electric Power, which supplies a major portion of the electricity used on the east coast, will be closing almost one quarter of their coal fired plants between now and next June. This is because they were economically unable to come into compliance with the new regulations in the impossibly short window of opportunity offered by the EPA. This is going to reduce the total surge capacity available for some of our most densely populated areas just when we may get hit with weather related demand spikes beyond anyone’s control.
I Felt A Great Disturbance In The Narrative
…Eric Holder pressured the Ferguson P.D. all week to hold back the robbery video, nor even tell anyone about it, terming it too “inflammatory” to be seen.
It was only after Obama pressured Democrat Governor Jay Nixon to take the Ferguson police off the case and put the state Highway Patrol (with its Black chief) in charge, that the fed-up, betrayed department finally released the truth about Mike Brown — angering Obama and Holder.

The Middle East is in full meltdown and the U.S. is rapidly nearing full retreat in the region. But considering the incompetents running our foreign policy, our absence may be best for the Middle East for the moment.

Saturday was the 40th anniversary of President Nixon’s resignation from office after the Watergate scandal. While many panelists on NBC’s “This Week” explained the moment as a time when America learned to be skeptical of its leaders, the former CBS reporter took a different tack.
“I think that we’ve gone backwards since that time when we really felt empowered as journalists,” Attkisson said. “And all I can think is: What would happen today during a Nixon-type scandal?”

Incidentally, I saw that on a bumper sticker in Elkhorn, WI yesterday.
The inflation-adjusted net worth for the typical household was $87,992 in 2003. Ten years later, it was only $56,335, or a 36 percent decline, according to a study financed by the Russell Sage Foundation.

IRS Deputy Associate Chief Counsel Thomas Kane said in transcribed congressional testimony that more IRS officials experienced computer crashes, bringing the total number of crash victims to “less than 20,” and also said that the agency does not know if the lost emails are still backed up somewhere.
The new round of computer crash victims includes David Fish, who routinely corresponded with Lois Lerner, as well as Lerner subordinate Andy Megosh, Lerner’s technical adviser Justin Lowe, and Cincinnati-based agent Kimberly Kitchens.
