perhaps a somewhat naive Q but HOW does a death row inmate FORCE a 12 y.o. on the outside to engage in a phone or otherwise digital based communication? do they have a helmet locked on their head with a display screen attached in front of their face? hands strapped to their side, electric shock administered if anyone attempts to remove the device?
