Those Brown-People Ideas

It’s remarkable just how readily all of this “diversity” and wokeness boils down to a mental image of a teacher turning to one of his students and saying, “You, the brown boy. What’s the negro perspective on this engineering problem?”

When “diversity” voodoo encroaches on science and technology. One of these.

Calgary Herald;

“Current fiscal policy in Alberta is not sustainable over the long term,” it states.
“PBO estimates that permanent tax increases, or spending reductions, amounting to 4.6 per cent of provincial GDP ($14.1 billion in current dollars) would be required to achieve fiscal sustainability.”
In simple language, Alberta would need to permanently increase its tax burden by 25 per cent or slash program spending by 20 per cent — or implement a combination of the two to the tune of $14 billion — to become financially sustainable.

ISIS, on the path to destruction.

The Islamic State group once drew recruits from near and far with promises of paradise but now bodies of jihadists lie in mass graves or at the mercy of wild dogs as its “caliphate” collapses.
Flies buzz around human remains poking through the dusty earth in the Iraqi town of Dhuluiyah, 90 kilometres (55 miles) north of Baghdad, at a hastily-dug pit containing the bodies of dozens of IS fighters killed in 2015.
“They should have ended up in the stomachs of stray dogs,” local police officer Mohammed al-Juburi told AFP.
“We buried them here not out of love but because we wanted to avoid diseases.”

Embrace Hollywood

“Democrats need to embrace Hollywood because this is where they need to come to learn how to tell a story.“ – Michael Moore ..

Weinstein’s connections run deeper than simple campaign donations. Weinstein sold influence. He was so “in” among the Democratic Power Base that President Obama felt comfortable enough allowing his teenage daughter to intern for his film company. For the Democrats and their party, hoping to catch the coattails of the Obama cool they’ve been severely lacking since his exit, severing their connections to an industry facing a crisis of character will be easier said than done.
