Coming up at 10:15am (Sask time) — Meghan Murphy on John Gormley Live.

Murphy’s argument that recognizing gender based on self-identification can harm women has led to accusations of transphobia, and hundreds turned up to protest the event Tuesday evening. After the event, attendees were mobbed and jeered by a crowd of protesters, and police had to escort them out for their safety. Murphy joins Drew now to talk about the event, the protests, and the importance of free speech – especially when that speech is unpopular.
