      Lock up the small amount of recidivist offenders who commit a hugely disproportionate percentage of the violent crime that happens in society.

So as not to identify the Canadian hospital I normally go to, I won’t give details, but they have a special free health clinic for “refugees” (ie. those who are illegally in the country, have contributed nothing of value to Canada, but get free housing, free dental care, free money, et cetera). Not that that could ever have anything to do with the following story.
