  1. Of course, they did. Hamas leaders want Israel to kill everyone in or depopulate Gaza so they can sit back, collect more money and say, “See!”
Israel is in the ultimate Catch 22.

    1. Israel is not remotely in a Catch 22. They are prisoners of their own feeble appeasement and pandering to EU/American silliness. Israel and her government are the only reason Israel hasn’t done what is required ie crush and annex Gaza, make sure Hamas leaders never leave their hotel rooms. Except out of a window, if they feeling Russian.

      1. UM, mostly I tend to agree with you here. Israel made one serious attempt to negotiate with the PLO in the early ’90s by Yitzhak Rabin. This resulted in the Oslo Accords. However, an ultra-religious fanatic assassinated him for trying to negotiate, and Hamas broke with the PLO because Yasser Arafat preferred to retain power over the PLO at any price rather than negotiate.

The lesson is clear; you cannot negotiate with Hamas, Hezbollah or the rest of the Iranian mercenaries. You can only shoot them. The only good Hamas leader is one plummeting to the ground out his own hotel window. It would not surprise me if Mossad is instructed to carry out a global mopping up of Hamas murderers as they were after the 1972 Munich Olympics.

What I do find amusing is the number of Hamas supporters you seem to have attracted.

        1. Both Oslo and Israel’s nurturing of Hamas were bad ideas. The latter being particularly galaxy-brained.

Mossad is great but all the assassinations in the world are no substitute for proper military action ie taking back Gaza, recking Hezbollah and Lebanon if that’s what it takes, bombing Iran. Should’ve bombed Iran years ago when the GCC countries were more hostile to Iran. Another Bibi fail.

          1. Bombing Iran? US said no. The US was under a series of spectacularly weak Presidents from George Bush Sr onwards. It didn’t matter what the IAEA produced for evidence about Iran’s backsliding on NPT. Bush (both of them) and Clinton were prepared to ignore it all and concentrate all their attention on the irrelevancy called Iraq.

Oslo had the potential to be a very good idea. But it was torpedoed by the ambitious madman Yasser Arafat who launched Intifada to keep control of the PLO against his rival Abbas. It was all for nothing anyway. Abbas his rival was a KGB asset before the collapse of the Soviet Union.

As to Mossad, assassinations will do just fine as long as you make certain to exterminate the leadership. Israel put an end to the PLFP and Black September that way.

    2. Nothing is ever quite as it seems. UnMe is an example of the terminally stupid we have to deal with on a daily basis.

      1. “Nothing is ever quite as it seems. UnMe is an example of the terminally stupid we have to deal with on a daily basis.”

It’s like two different trolls are using the same alias.

        1. One idiot with one or more sock puppets has always been my hunch. Yet people try to debate it. Scroll past.

  2. This character might want to read about what happened in Munich a number of years ago. You don’t want to piss off Isreal this badly, the Mossad has a nasty streak.

    1. Munich was a long time ago… as was Gerald Bull in 1990…

The more modern example may be Col. Hassan Sayyad Khodaei, Quds force, in Tehran

  3. As far as I am concerned … this Hotel is a legitimate IDF target. No “knock” advance warning required.

    1. Considering two sons of a founder of Hamas have abjured the group for corruption & a host of other evils;
just how many bombs are going to drop on Doha, Qatar hotels?
      Cheers

    2. I agree, they are providing a safe space for a terrorist organization that makes them a legitimate target.

  4. Kind of like our resident racist Nazi cheering on the death of Russians and Ukrainians alike and calling for more blood…”MOAR BLUUUD!” with the dozens of tedious infantile comments he leaves every. single. goddamn. night. all while he sits in the comfort of his mommies basement.

That’s why I spend more time over at Instapundit where Professor Reynolds would kick a brain dead moron like that over to the curb, permanently. Funny how none of my comments ever get scrubbed over there either.

    1. They could be banned but I prefer to let them let us know who they are. The trick is to scroll on by and not try to debate a fool.

  5. Closer to home:
// A pricey trip for a group of Conservative MPs sponsored by an interest group and a Hungarian think-tank could soon come under the microscope by the House of Commons ethics committee.
NDP ethics critic Matthew Green served notice Monday that he will introduce a motion for the committee to take a closer look at a trip to London last June sponsored by Canadians for Affordable Energy and the Danube Institute. The trip, billed as an opportunity to discuss energy policy, included thousands of dollars in flights, hotels and ground transportation as well as a dinner at the Guinea Grill in London’s Mayfair district with $600 bottles of champagne that rung in at an estimated $6,262.
Conservative MPs Steven Ellis, Philip Lawrence, Rosemarie Falk and Shannon Stubbs were sponsored by Canadians for Affordable Energy. Conservative MP John Williamson, who founded that group, which is now run by former Liberal MP Dan McTeague, was sponsored by the Danube Institute. // CBC

    1. Oh dear, another $16 orange juice, compared to what Blackie spent in London, just on HIMSELF, was probably more than their parties entire bill..

Sponsored by a couple of private interest groups, at least, not the taxpayers, but you’ll be led to believe by the media, it was akin to a trip to Aga Kahn’s Island..

    2. My assumption is that Matthew Green is butthurt because a) he wasn’t invited and b) they weren’t dragged there against their will for reprogramming of the correct Mann-Made GoreBull warming talking points.

    1. The Mossad should ensure Qatar’s desalination plants have issues and keep having them until Hamas and others no longer reside there.

For that matter, the UAE should be encouraged to fix the mistake that is Qatar. That country was supposed to be another UAE emirate and its independence has been a disaster for the ME and Afghanistan in particular.

          1. What a laugh.
Cry babies let loose every time you start and fight with Israel, then was to end it.
Because they are taking it to you.

          2. So, Yes. You ARE looking to start WWIII, because you can’t win something that hasn’t started yet.

    2. “Israel should hit that hotel.”

They should. They should first contact the hotel management (or owners?) , give the appropriate room number and say “We strongly urge you to remove any guests from the rooms above, below and to either side of room (xxx). Although our missiles are highly accurate, collateral damage is still a possibility with a warhead this size”.

  6. “You call that an expense account? Pffft…hold my beer”
    —Governor General Princess Hiawatha

    1. Hey, I think you’ve hit on something there. It’s a competition. “Public Servants” are trying to see who can turn in the highest expense report, to be paid by taxpayers, of course. There’s no trophy or anything. Just bragging rights.

Now where’s that darn invisible upvote button? I want to hit it a couple of times for that comment, Buzzy.

  7. A timely reminder that Yasir Arafat’s beard…sorry, WIDOW, lives in a luxury hotel in Paris.

    1. “A timely reminder that Yasir Arafat’s beard…sorry, WIDOW, lives in a luxury hotel in Paris.”

      LOL…

People who forget what he allegedly died of also forget that he died a billionaire.

  8. Now let’s not be mean to Qatar, I’m sure there are a few competent Mossad hit teams that could take care of them and their ilk in other countries. However, I fully agree that the Israelies should FULLY annex the Gaza strip and turn it into an ocean side park of remembrance. In other words raise that hell hole and remove all Hamas operatives permanently from the planet! They could even do a long range plan to include Hezbollah as well.

    I stand with Israel!

  9. To be fair, our rulers do the same shit here.
(How rich is that c0cksucker, Obama?)
As mentioned, PM Nutless and the Governor Chieftain are champs and Canadians are chumps.
Sure they don’t ruthlessly murder people. They just euthanize them gently.
