The Hierarchy of “Woke”

Financial Post- I’m a Black woman and a CEO — and the return to office has me worried

I worry about a future where white men find it even easier to build critical networks and career growth than in the past because of differences in preference for in-person work.

This is a real risk. We have seen a number of global surveys that indicate that Black workers have a much stronger preference for remote working than white workers do, because remote work comes with fewer microaggressions.

  1. I worry about stupid black perverts, I also worry about stupid white perverts, when it comes to my grandchildren.

  2. Fortunately for her, diversity checkboxes trump the ability to count to four.

    1. She’s skilled at using the buzzwords of troublesome employees: “microaggression” … “equity” … “privilege”
Words that have NOTHING whatsoever to do with the bottom line. How does a person like this rise to CEO? You know the answer.

      1. When I was a young kid with a brand new B. Sc., I sometimes complained about certain things where I worked, some of which were justified. The responses I usually got were something like “Shaddup” or “If you don’t like it, you don’t have to work here.” Often, I hardly said anything after that.

When did answers like those go missing? And, no, there isn’t a labour shortage, so employers can afford to find someone to replace the whiners.

      2. In all of my work experiences, I expected my co-workers to show up on time, have a good attitude/smile on their faces and actually do their job with minimal complaining. Silly me! I guess that was a good example of micro-aggression.

        1. Sounds like you’re not a genuine woman … as you’ve failed to claim your full victimhood.

    2. She didn’t include literate in that list of qualifications and demonstrated she rarely, if ever, reads.

    3. Exactly.
“I am a black, gay, immigrant woman—the first of all three of those to hold this position.”

True, but unfortunately you’re not the first moron to hold this position in this administration…

  3. I would have preferred, “I believe in competence and meritocracy. Bring it on, Doocy!”

But she would never say that, would she, because she is afflicted with Permanent Victim Syndrome (PVS) or conveniently uses it as a crutch.

  4. Identity politics is everything.
    It’s everything because it’s all they’ve got.

If they were qualified by merit they would say so.

    1. Stan

Ain’t that the God awful truth.
      FEELINGZ…MY FEELINGS..
      Oh the humanities..!!

Just another Black Racist…among far too many.

  5. Along with rights you have the responsibility not to be offended by what others say or do.

  6. Will it ever occur to these group rights loving idiots that they’re actually arguing “For” Hitler’s “Mein Kampf”? Smh.

  7. HR grifter….

First cuts in client bases is fuffly HR.
She’s worried about having to compete against actual dept. managers who rose to position through meritocracy.

    1. Actually, my spouse used to mutter that the worker bees were cut, but HR continued to expand.

  8. What CEO is afraid of their staff? Is she claiming to have never worked in the office before becoming CEO? Maybe if she checked all of the diversity boxes….

  9. re press secretary;
If this is her story,,, why does she have to read it from notes, why can’t she just speak off-the-cuff, like Potus Trump.

  10. This cutsie little afro clown is clueless. She won’t last long. I doubt she has the intellect to deal with some of the reporters who will grill her. She won’t have the toughness required either. She will quit.

  11. other than the softball MSNBC they have already tasted blood and incompetence , Biden hunting will become a sport soon enough , starts by just not talking to him or heels up . and i think we are there .

  12. First of her name! 🙂 Where did I hear this before? Game of Thrones. Fantasy/fiction. Another fantasy/fiction is in the minds of these people: we’re saving the planet, part the Read Sea, have lambs dance with wolves while we-green-unicorns/mermaids/puff-dragons/tooth-fairies lead. We FEEL like we are top experts in everything just because we’re special! 🙂 LOL

  13. This infuriates me and sets back women’s arguments for generations. You cannot claim to be as good and equal and then claim you’re some victim, or disadvantaged. If you identify, as a race, or a sexual preference, or a migrant, as though it is some sort of shield, just stay the hell away. You’re deranged. For what’s it worth, we could all claim that distinction, and trump our “past”. All of our ancestors at one time or another were either a murderer, a slave, royalty, business person, warrior, farmer and more. We’ve wandered across this earth many times and back again. We did not sprout out of the ground and suddenly have a color, or manifest a planned defect, we created ourselves through breeding, migration, and survival. We did not always marry or breed with the same color, or choose our mates. What this retarded woman is saying, is that she believes herself better than everyone else. This dead end ancestry line, blinder wearing, poor excuse for a human being, is just the poor Netflix adaptation of Jen Psaki.

  14. The bigotry of woke gay folk is astounding. Racism will soon far exceed anything observed in the past.

  15. “We have seen a number of global surveys that indicate that Black workers have a much stronger preference for remote working than white workers do,”
Maybe that’s because they fear getting car-jacked by Homey who preys on black people more than any other.

    1. There is a working from prison joke in here somewhere….

I know, I am going to hell for this one.

  16. I’m retired at this point in my life, but still get text messages asking me if I’m busy tomorrow.
Could have something to do with the fact i got along with people and did not bring my problems to work.
This bitch is off on a very wrong foot.

  17. “I am a black, gay, immigrant woman—the first of all three of those to hold this position.”

Clearly they should have waited a little longer until someone competent with those characteristics got the position based on based merit and not on the lack thereof.

    1. Merit is sexist, racist, and *phobic. “I want, therefore I get.”

  18. Well, b!#ch, you could always be an African woman selling wares by the roadside in a country where women are considered chattel.

  19. If I owned a barbecue joint i wouldn’t hire a militant vegan to run the grill as perhaps, just maybe, there’s a slight chance it would be more trouble than its worth.

I’m sure in Queen Turdwater’s Land of the Dimwitted that’s a hate crime.

  20. “I am a black, gay, immigrant woman—the first of all three of those to hold this position.”

Big fucking deal. Who gives a rat’s ass about your color, your sexual preference or your supposed gender? Haven’t your socialist friends clued you in yet? None of that is supposed to matter, yet you recite it all as if it somehow makes you more qualified for a position you are clearly unqualified for.

  21. Now why the fuck would she even be aware that she is the first black female gay woman there. Did she do a survey? What about other characteristics. Was she the first one wearing blue shoes with red polkadots? What a bunch of fucking bullshit

  22. One of the funniest comments in her feed was a video by a black guy sobbing that today was his worst day ever. He woke up and identified as a white man and as a partner in a law firm so he thought he would go into a bank and ask for a $1,00,000 loan. He was dismayed when the bank refused to acknowledge his “identity” so he is reverting back to being a black man.

  23. “I am a black, gay, immigrant woman—the first of all three of those to hold this position.”
And I still bitch and moan anyways.

  24. Because remote work comes with fewer microaggressions…

OK.. I work with a number of people who work remotely.. They are awfully quiet in the mornings and early afternoon so to speak.. Anything beyond forwarding a email tends to wait until 2 pm.. Generally speaking..

Then.. I caught a conversation where they were complaining amongst themselves how they are all working 12 hour days because they were still working at 8pm at night.. I say to that what were you doing at 10 am in the morning?.. Walking the dog? Sleeping?..

This puts undue pressure on day shift production.. It sucks..

  25. “…I am a black, gay, immigrant woman—the first of all three of those to hold this position”

And what position would that be? Supine? Missionary? Or something numerical … perhaps in the high sixties?

Because, au contraire, Ms. Pierre. Many have already been there.

  26. So… basically she is taking a position that could have been give to a Trans Person(tm)

    WHAT.
    A.
    PHOBE!!!

    Cancel her!
