  1. Not in Ontario or at the federal level it isn’t. Maybe we need the Russians to invade Canada. Putin seems to have a knack for making COVID vanish. Someone should nominate him for the Nobel Prize for Medicine.

        1. The Ontario “Progressive”-Conservative Party (were I weak enough to be “triggered”, the phrase would trigger me) is in dire need of a messy, high-priced, very public funeral. Ford’s utter betrayal of his base – i.e., Ford Nation, a scrappy, common-sense, populist, multi-ethnic suburban-rural coalition that could actually win elections – is one of history’s great political suicide stories, EVERYONE associated with the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario – politicos, consultants, staffers, “brain trusters” , bubble-dwelling fart-catchers and other useless party hacks – deserves to be sent packing and to be permanently exiled from political life (notwithstanding that most of them would be virtually unemployable in any other capacity).

          Equal blame could be ascribed to the people of Ontario aka a bunch of cowering sheeple who not only appear to love their servitude and bondage but feel smugly superior in their doing so

          The only thing worse that the Ontario PCs are the Liberals and NDPers waiting in the wings who are all balls-deep crazy. I’m absolutely disgusted with my province.

          She was responsible for forced flu vaccines in Ontario health system, which was challenged in court, where she lost, because she was vastly overstating VAX EFFICACY.
          She wouldn’t be lying about everything Covid too, would she???

  3. I am sick of freaking saying it, masks cannot stop a virus, biological/physical impossibility. The vaxxes are killing tens of thousands world wide and have never had any efficacy, zero. They do not and cannot work. Lockdowns do not and cannot work, social distancing cannot work. This theater of farce shows how stupid people really are. Any medical professional that thinks any of this shit is valid needs to have their license pulled. WAKE THE HELL UP YOU STUPID CANADIANS.

  4. I see a ‘trend’: while covid scare fizzles out, all MSMedia + our Dear Leaders are jumping on Russia Ukraine war. Of course, Putin & co is to blame, he is no doubt a little Hitler for bringing real war in Europe, 2022. But it’s disingenuous to blame everything on Russia Ukraine war. Low business, supply chain issues, inflation? All of this is someone else’s fault. It’s not Trudeau/Xiden, it’s not because they’re clueless and incompetent. As per all these bastards in msmedia&gov, it’s because war, global oil/this/that. Problem is that the big majority will gobble this round of fake news. War sells; all news programs have now what to churn (sobbing or bravery stories, Let’s Give Peace a Chance, Let’s Condemn X/Y, concerts/fund raise for Ukraine etc), while our govs will get scot-free.

    1. Dan C, I would say you are spot on, except for the vaccines. As the deaths and long term damage mounts, that will re-focus the people on what was done, especially those who were conned. Will the RCMP protect them? Not so sure as they were probably mandated, so they have a problem too.

  5. No masks needed in Alberta since March 1 (except Redmonton). Was in Costco and Superstore in Calgary, sad to see about 1/2 still wearing masks, including children. Critical thinking a lost art. Makes it easy to see who votes Lib/Dip.

      We still have masking. I ignore it and do my shopping mask free.
      No one has said a word.

      1. I went with my wife to our local NO FRILLS store. My wife masked up, It’s the law in BC is it not, thanks Bonny Henry. I did not, nobody said anything except my wife and she only asked if I had a mask.

        My response is to say “You’re right, I’m not” and then ignore them.

      In the bank I counted 12 people including myself.
      All masked except me and one young girl customer.
      Not sure if the bank still demands masks, but even so that would 6 out of 8 customers masked.

      That is not to say that they look smart or anything.
      As long as I’m free of wearing it, I’m good with that.

            I vote PPC but you’re absolutely correct. The problem, ultimately, is the Westminster parliamentary system which was always designed to concentrate power in an oligarchy of aristocrats. But even a well-designed republic like the US can and will be subverted if the people don’t care enough to keep it.

            I keep coming back to Bezmenov. The West has been demoralized and I see no feasible fix for this.

          The executive of the Canadian government is gleaned from the legislative. Thus the PM and the Ministers are also MP’s. The Senate is just a place for the current PM to stack with his/her cronies.
          Thus, you’re stuck voting party platform and policy. Voting for the best man for the job just puts you in opposition territory at best, ignored at worst.

        Data is also showing no discernable difference in outcomes between jurisdictions invoking mandates with those who didn’t.

        We can argue all day long about stats, but the reality is that it’s impossible to prove that these reckless policies actually saved lives, so don’t even bother to try.

You will find that since January 1, 2022, the higher the vax rate, the higher the number of daily deaths per million. In fact, from the lowest vax rate to the highest vax rate, the daily deaths per million in the lowest vax rate province is half that of the highest. “Policies” do nothing. Absolutely nothing.

    5. Hey Bradley, the most recent count is 36,665 alleged COVID deaths out of 3,297,250 allegedly confirmed cases. Out of a population (at last census) of 38,253,489, that is only 0.09 per cent of the population and 1.11 per cent of cases.
      The numbers for deaths and cases have been proven to be fudged to get more government health money. Pretty well all deaths are “with” COVID and not “of”.
      If you want to hide under your bed over “scary” numbers go ahead. Your chances of catching and dying with COVID are quite small.

    Vaccine efficacy in the real world is quite small. If you got vaccinated, it reduced your chance of death by just 24%. However, the study did NOT look at the all-cause mortality of the vaccine (it only enrolled people who survived the vaccine), so the tiny absolute risk reduction you get from a 24% relative risk reduction (roughly 24% of .25% =.06% benefit) is less than the absolute risk of dying from the vaccine (around .2%). See Incriminating Evidence for details on this.

    If you were not vaccinated (which you shouldn’t be), ivermectin reduced your chance of death by 72%. So it was 3 times more effective than the vaccine. But the risk of ivermectin is negligible so the risk-benefit ratio is extremely favorable. Ivermectin has a 3X effect size (benefit) and is more than 100,000X less risky with respect to death risk, killing nobody (compared to over 200,000 people from the vaccine). So it’s the clear choice. It’s the only rational choice.
