  10. An ex-page 3 girl turned reporter, Jane, once (late nineties) told a room full of Colonels that when the media wanted a story, they will give it to the media, “or we’ll burn you”. This was in a class on the Military and Media relations. The idea was to teach Officers how to deal with the media in a conciliatory, cooperative way. It went south from there. She just couldn’t help being a bitch.
