CF, thanks for the post. Way over here in New Brunswick, we get virtually zero news as to why and how the Alberta independence movement is doing. That except for the occasional drive-by smears from the Laurentian media. When I do get some information, I am impressed by the grassroots work done by the conservative organizers behind Alberta’s movement. Over the years I have been longing for conservatives to learn how to organize and to lobby effectively. The Freedom Convoy provided us one example. The independence movement — and yes the shirts! — provides another example.

So, her $4,700.00(+) property tax bill was at least 3-years in arrears. I pay >$12,000.00/year in property taxes … as one of those horrible conservatives who doesn’t pay “his fair share”. And that’s my “discounted” Prop. 13 tax rate.
